Shannon, Annette and June are super if for just one reason.They will listen to the rantings of an old man who lives alone. They are kind and courteous,hard workers, and they no how to mix professional with compassion for the client. With that they came ,they cleaned and were out the door and down the road. Annette is a must in making up the team.Shannon is certainly attentive to her responsibilities as a team member. June is the new girl on the team and I believe she has a bright future and contributes to the efficiency of the team. These girls are able to get the job done well with little or no inconvenience for the home owner.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority on a regular basis for the past 3 years and would recommend them in a heartbeat. I have been lucky enough to keep the same team throughout. Rhonda & Penny do a great job and are always thorough and efficient as well polite and courteous. The company also perform regular Quality Control visits which is nice, however I have never had any issues with my regular team!

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for almost a year... jeez I don't know how I made it this long without great cleaners. They literally make my life so much easier.. they are priceless. Rhonda and Penny are at my home regularly and take amazing care of my space. I have to be home because of my dogs when they come.. and they are so friendly and comfortable to be around when I have other things to do around the house. I appreciate that : ) Nicole and Jade have been to my place a few times to fill in when I've rescheduled.. and they are great too! I must say something about the management.. great customer service. Management regularly checks up on things, they make phone calls or call backs easy, and they really work with you to do what's best for all. I would highly urge anyone who just doesn't want to do it on their own anymore to call Cleaning Authority. Allison

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used them for about 5 months here in Phoenix, Arizona. The last visit they dented the fridge door and that’s not the only time something was damaged in my home while they were cleaning. Luckily the other time it was a cheaper product. David offered us 45$ credit for the dent they put in my fridge door after 2 weeks of chasing them down to follow up since they never called us. I hired your company to do a job and you damaged my property. This company has no integrity and will do the same to the next client.
