Update: Toni and her team came out again today. SUPER happy coming home to a clean home. As usual, the work is great!! We had Toni’s team out today and they did an excellent job!

This is the second time The Cleaning Authority has provided their services. This second time around was wonderful. The crew that was sent out Becky, Blessing, and Calvin were so thorough and didn't miss a thing. They paid so much attention to the little details and left my home looking spotless. Hoping to get this same crew again! Becky rocked!

We've been using the Cleaning Authority ever since our daughter was born, and we've had great service every time. Stefanie and Ireland have frequently done the service and they rock. They are friendly, professional and thorough. Our toddler has formed a rapport with them, and I'm grateful they put up with her as we try to keep her out of their way! Highly recommend these folks!

The cleaning service is great and the cleaners are very sweet! However the office/scheduling is awful. My cleaning fell on a holiday and they just cancelled it - no call to reschedule or notification - they just didn’t show. I just called to reschedule tomorrow’s cleaning and they said they need 72 hours notice or it will be $25 rebooking fee. So let me get this straight - you no call/no show (a fireable offense in normal business) and I am required to give you 72 hours notice?! Doctors don’t even require that level of notice... Top notch customer service.

Absolutely love the cleaning authority! Marie and Martin have done a great job on my house. They let me know what they were working on and asked if i needed anything extra for this rotation. Really enjoyed them both, they were very helpfull working around my cats and being patient with my dog barking. Thanks !

I feel so bad for the cleaners. I spoke with the workers after their arrival and they told me they aren’t allowed breaks in between houses. It’s unfair and something ought to be done. These people work their ass’s off and deserves a break when they need them! I will be calling to give the manager and owner a piece of my mind! What is this? Slavery?!

Last cleaning was with Christina and Deana and we love when these two women come clean. They are respectful and very thorough and my home always looks great. And thankfully they are back today to do another great job. Thank you ladies. MS. Nancy miller
