I am about to loss my cool! I have tried to contact the service agent about a job that was done many months ago! I am getting late fees for a check my insurance hasn’t issued yet and not to mention No call backs by the agent! My life has been upside down I called this company in desperate times! My son committed suicide over 4 months ago and I’m STILL dealing with issues this agent has dropped the ball on! I have received NO help and now have to deal with items that are missing! I am NOT happy and am about ready to contact the owner of this company as I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life during such a horrid experience! I needed help with insurance and filings and so on and now owe them 27thousand dollars for a job that has left me a mess and much heart ache! Not to mention NO CALL BACKS! I have been nice but now I don’t even have ALL my sons ashes and now I have things missing! I am upset and the company needs to know!

T&T restoration has been amazing to my family! This company is very responsive and has awesome communication. I revived same day service! I had them out for a mold inspection, they went above and beyond for us just in the inspection. The rep that came out was extreamly friendly and very knowledgeable. He seemed to care about the situation and my family. He was honest and seemed very trustworthy. After using them for my mold issue I hired them for carpet cleaning. They were again fast and getting a response to me and the communication was great! The work that was done was amazing. My carpets look fantastic! Everyone that I delt with was super friendly! I will always recommend this company and use them in the future!

I would not recommend T and T for dryer vent cleaning. They had to come out twice and still did not get all the lint out of my dryer vent. They used no brushes or specialized equipment, just a vacuum. The technician even showed me the tool. On their website they claim to have a 3 in one tool that also scrubs and polishes the vent line. They also would not clean the dryer line from the roof vent as it was a liability issue. I still have lint in my vent and a fire hazard. I would spend your money elsewhere and on a company that will provide a thorough cleaning.

T&T restoration is a horrible, unethical company. Their work is shoddy, subpar, and when you get the final invoice, you'll see a lot of itemized charges that are ridiculous. They overcharged me for drying time due to the fact that they had dryers out at my house for 2 days due to their overbooked schedule. When I emailed a complaint listing out my concerns with their work, I received a response stating that they will pursue legal action if I didn't pay the invoice. (I had sent the check days earlier and had always intended to pay them). The threat of legal action was given before the invoice was even due. That was their response to my concerns with their work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Dealt with TNT for 18 yrs.when Rick Karen Patrick worked here 5 stars.Called in march.could not get appt.set due tnt being busy.Understandable.3 weeks later called back.made clear appt.set for 0800.female rep.called back.had wrong day. Day of service. 2 hours no show. Canceled appt.technician shows up 5 hrs late.no communication. Moral of the story.It takes years to keep a customer, seconds to no longer be a loyal customer. Never received a call back .It starts with customer service.
