Stay away from this SevrPro. On early June my water heater blew up. My insurance agent called serv pro since I was out of town. The service person came , stated that the dry down service is completely covered by my home insurance and is not subject to any deductible. So, the dry down service was done. I detreimentally relied on the ServPro representative. After I got home from my trip, I also got an email unequivocally confirming that the dry down service is completely covered by my home insurance and not subject to the deductible. Apparently they were wrong. Instead of calling to apologize and try to work with me, they send me a prelien notice. Lo and behold, before the ink on the pre lien letter dries, came the actual lien notice..... In my opinion, they deliberately do this to get your business ......... No apologies nor call EVER came..... I will call my insurance company and give them my feedback and experience with this company... let them decide if they will still recommend them to their valued customers

Friendly staff! Came to my house within reasonable time and walked me through the steps that they were taking. They regularly updated me and I was vey satisfied with the work. I have recommended them to friends especially during monsoon season.
