The most disappointing experience ever and still continues. My house was destroyed by a fire on 8/22/18 and it's now its may and we gave yet to get a final inventory list of our non salvage. Communication has been terrible and even involving the manager had gone nothing. Our valuables were left in boxes in our home hidden behind some planters. Knowing workers were going in and out of the property for the clean up. Not caring that our belongings could have been stolen. Also asked for winter items for my kids and I picked up boxes with one blanket and a pair of boots that didnt match. And a single boot. I wouldn't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. This has been the worst experience ever. The servpro from casa Grande has been wonderful. What a difference.

I can not say enough great things about this company. Woke with a flooded kitchen and front from I’m the middle of the night, and immediately called Servpro. They calmed me down and came out ASAP. The whole process was made really easy from clean up to full restoration. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed right away, communication was awesome, and we never felt we were left hanging. Sucks to have gone through this, and god forbid it ever happened again, we would call Servpro ASAP. Thanks guys for the amazing work!
