These guys are scammers... if they suggest asbestos/mold testing only allow testing through FiberQuant Arizona, who charges $85 for 5-layer testing and doesn't "round up". I've seen their testing costs at $2300 - compared to the same test at $85 elsewhere. Another thing, they started work on one of our properties without permission to enter the property - they'd already started setting up their equipment and their quote was $4400 for the work... we called someone else in and got the work done for $250. They prey on people not knowing what really needs to be done, and it's downright criminal. They also are rude... they were parked in a fire lane where traffic from our entire condo building must pass through in order to get to work or get out of the building, and refused to move to accommodate people who need to get to work. Would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this company.... ever.
