Elite Cleaners is amazing! David is personally invested in his company and frequently comes out to pick up dry cleaning from the apartment community that I work at, tried his service and was blown away. Nancy called on two occasions to ask if I would like certain work performed, I appreciated her asking. Then Jeff completed my experience as he was the one who returned my shirts to me within 24 hours. Over all I am very happy with them and will be using them regular basis and you should too

Kind of shady pricing. I tried this place for a suit jacket/pants as I live nearby. Walk in, no prices (no prices online either), that's fine - not a big deal as most cleaners are around $10-$15. Drop off my stuff and to my surprise, it's done the next day and they text me. That's pretty nice. However, when I get the bill, it's $30. I ask why it's so expensive and they say "because of the brand of suit." I ask then what the difference in cleaning procedure is and they say "We are just more careful with these brands - nothing changes in cleaning. We can remove the designation and the price will go down." I say "please do" and then my bill is magically under $15. Clearly they're just taking advantage of the Arcadia clientele but you'd think they'd at least be prepared with a BS excuse of why they are willing to charge literally double for the same service.

They do a great job, but I don't believe it justifies the price. $7 for a pair of pants is pretty outrageous. Needed a hem mended and that was $11. Having lived in major metropolitan areas where dry-cleaning tended to be $1 an item I can't imagine coming back.

The work they do is always great. I'm very pleased with their attention to detail and the way my clothes come back to me, but my comment has more to do with their integrity than their abilities. I live at an apartment where they pick up and drop off on predetermined days. Apparently they missed a pick up, so they chose to not charge me for those items. I wasn't even aware until the young woman on the leasing office of my apartment brought it to my attention. The fact they Elite Cleaners took it upon themselves to treat me this way an not even point it out makes me think very highly of them. Great work, and thank you for treating me as a valued client.

This place is phenomenal. We went in late on a Saturday thinking that because they were open on Sunday, they’d be cleaning that day as well. Turns out they don’t clean on Sundays but the boss made an exception and pulled strings to make it work. First time here, definitely won’t be my last. Quality of the cleaning was top notch and going out of their way to meeting our needs was the cherry on top. Thank you!!

So convieneint! We just moved into these new apartments. The hanger is in mail room with camera on it. U hang the provided bag on before one and it’s back the next day before 5pm. So easy! So fast. Not another errand to be ran that day! And we get a lot of dry cleaning done for our business attire. So will be definitely using this often!

When he dropped off my delivery with a new bag I realized that I hadn’t marked my ticket with how I’d like my items done. He was still at the van when I’d caught it and he was very kind enough to explain a few things to me and quell my nerves.
