Stuart and Chris were professional, quick, and did a great job. Previous homeowners had a dog which left bad staining throughout the carpet, but about an hour later, the carpets looked and smelled like new. Fully expecting to fight an upsell of additional “treatment” that comes with typical carpet cleaners, but didn’t get that with Stuart. Just a fully transparent and well explained process. For anyone shopping around for a carpet cleaner, don’t waste any more time as Done Your Way will exceed your expectations.

These folks provided some outstanding service! I asked them to clean a very heavily soiled commercial office space that I had used a DIY "commercial" shampooer on. When I finished you could barely see a difference. I called Done Your Way with hopes that I wouldn't have to replace the carpet. I could not believe how clean it came out! Very reasonable pricing too. I highly recommend this company.

This team was awesome, from the customer service and responsiveness, to the actual service itself! I had the carpet of my living room and 2 bedrooms cleaned as well as a full sized couch; it is important to mention it’s full sized. Because this detail was missed, I did end up paying a few extra dollars than quoted. Here is why that didn’t bother me in the slightest: after calling more than 5 companies (honestly probably more than 10) this was the only company that did NOT have me searching the property to discover an outdoor spout, they were on time, friendly, came to work (meaning they realized in an attached unit that maybe it’s not the most customer service friendly thing to do to have the customer measuring distance and scouring the property trying to figure out if the service could be done), completed the job very well and in a timely manner. This is the only company that even seemed interested in having the business from a customer. And this will be the only company I recommend and use going forward. They also did not try n pressure me into buying more product. Thank you guys!!

Amazing carpet cleaning service! Very professional over the phone and in person. Stuart and Chris did an awesome job. Had several stains from pets, coffee, and mud from boots. They were able to get all stains out and the carpet looks amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to clean their carpets!

Stuart and Chris did an amazing job on cleaning the carpets in my apartment. One of my roommates had tracked car oil from his job into his bedroom. The entire floor was covered in oil track marks. This company is AMAZING!! The response time for the quote, fast follow-up and next-day services sold me for sure!! I hoped the carpet cleaning would follow suit, and not only did it meet my HIGH expectations, it EXCEEDED THEM!! Stuart was professional and friendly as was his co-worker. They explained the whole process to me, we had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms done in under 1 hour, and the final result is INCREDIBLE. I love to use family owned and operated businesses, especially when the work they do outshines the competition by a mile!!!!
