Customer Service is non existant and trying to fix what the route people screw up is no one will ever call you back! Our route driver has left the bathroom machine cover broken for 3 months and didnt even offer to fix it and never brings enough hand towels we always run out! We tried to return some shirts we rent and he said because there was an American Flag on the shirts he cant take them back he was going to have to bill us over 350.00 never heard of such a thing in all my years of leasing shirts.

Howard Your review will be posted publicly on the web. Learn more I left Uni First for accounting issues, so I hire Cintas they talked a good game. Well 7 weeks for uniforms, always run out of shop rags, parts cleaner not serviced etc... Well had enough no joke one thing after another so I call to cancel my service to go with another company, Im told cant do that Im under contract at which I knew was coming. I stated my beef ah give us this that etc... Mind you Im on speaker and my customer is like they wont take "no for an answer" so said no for the last time and this sucks you have to take routes like this to get a contract voided, but made fun of the guy etc.. Well I get a call short time later from this lil Weasel hes like Im releasing you out of your contract but he wants me to drain parts cleaner that there company is to service prior to pick up, I said no and another thing I said I want a email stating I will be free and clear of my contract. We will call him "weasel" said no and went on further to say our legal team will contact you, man did I about die laughing here Im thinking man this dude is a weasel and he confirms it right before my eyes!!! Good Stuff. Seriously if you can wait 7 weeks for uniforms, constant running out of rags and not servicing there equipment use this company. There screw up's are clearly communication errors but want consumer to pay and do without for there mistakes. I would advise you to be very careful if you choose to work with this company. The information the sales reps give you and what their actual policies are are completely different. They make promises they cannot keep and then don't stay at the company long enough for you to get resolution to the fraudulent statements they promised. I've basically been told, tough luck. Customer service and billing is terrible. The only good part of my experience with them has been our driver. I would highly advise you go with a different company.

One of the most unorganized places you could get your uniform from .. i worked for a company that i just recently quit. now my boss wont give me my last check because they said i have 9 pairs of pant missing. they had taken all my uniforms when i got promoted because i needed different shirts and pants for the new position i had gotten . i did however receive the new shirts for my new position but never the pants so how am i missing pants???
