I have a Beef Master bbq grill and griddle that was filthy dirty. I was dreading cleaning it myself so I did a quick Google search and found this company. I was surprised because I didn't even know there was a local company that cleaned BBQ grills. Anyway, after speaking with them a few times on the phone, I felt comfortable for them to come out and look at my grill. We agreed on a price and they loaded my grill up to take to their shop to soak the parts for a couple of days in their special de-greaser. I hadn't cleaned my grill in 10 years so I knew it needed it. They text me 3 days later and said everything was working like brand new and it looked like a million bucks. We sat up a time for them to come and re-install the grill. They showed up on time, looked professional (matching company shirts) and installed the grill. They had me test every burner and igniter. They re-drilled all of the burners and replaced some wiring on the igniter. It all worked great and it even looked better. I'm so happy, I feel like I have a brand new grill again, even though it's 10 years old. I will hire again next year. Thank you!

I had called - chatted - filled out quote requests on line but was totally disappointed until I found bbq cleaners Scottsdale. Brian the tech did a great job in the making the grill look almost new. Dean who I initially had spoken with followed up from the beginning to the end. This is the only company you should call for bbq cleaning. Dean's attention to customer service is a trait/process that every company should follow.

Other than cleaning the grates occasionally I had never performed a complete cleaning of my AOG grill in the 7 years I have owned it. I described this too Dean and sight unseen he said they could make it look almost new again. Aaron the BBQ Tech/Cleaner delivered on Dean’s promise. They cleaned the grill at my house and in a matter of hours my grill almost looked brand new. I would highly recommend them.

I have a built in Lynx that I wanted a full clean on and a Green Egg smoker that I just needed the grates cleaned. I called a few different places and were told over $600 for both. But these guys did both for significantly less and I couldn’t ask for more. My Lynx now seriously works better now than it ever has and it looks brand new. I paid $4500 for this grill about 2 years ago and now I feel like it’s brand new again. They fixed the igniter free of charge and also re-wired the side burner for parts charges only. The smoker grates were filthy, they soaked them for hours and then scrubbed and used their solution to make new again. I felt this company is very honest and definitely fairly priced. The only negative is that I wish I would have called them last year! Truly good people and great to do business with!
