My first impression of their work was extremely unsatisfactory. After a heated conversation that I must apologize for, the owner sent over a guy to smooth things over. Devin arrived 2-3 hours after calling and was more than helpful. He did the work that was asked of him and showed a great amount of professional skill. Not only did he display great customer care, but also a good hardworking ethic.I would hire him back any time, the company is a different story.

Just had our first house cleaning today - and it exceeding our expectations in every way. I've had many cleaning services over the years and this is by far the best. I highly recommend them. One important thing to mention - is that they bring their own cleaning products and equipment - which is huge. When we lived in the SF Bay Area I went through at least 3 different cleaning services and they all required that we provide the cleaning products and equipment - which is a hassle as it takes lots of prep work just to get the house ready for the cleaners - making the service less of a convenience - for example running out of a product and having to go to Home Depot the night before or forgetting to wash all the cloth towels and having to do that before going to work. Not having to deal with this is wonderful.

Hi Maid In America! I really wanted to support the local business here in Prescott so I decided to take a chance with a small business called Maid In America. Kim (the owner) came out and provided me with an estimate. I was on a budget and she was more than willing to work with me which was wonderful. When the crew arrived I left for a few hours only to return to a sparkling house with a wonderful smell. I was beyond satisfied with their services and have spread the word at my church =) Thank you guys so much for the hard work I will see you again next month!! God Bless!
