We have been using Rejoice for over 5 years now. I am very pleased with our service. Supervisor, Eluvia, has been coming each visit since the day we started. The rest of her team has changed a few times over the years (there’s always 2 or 3 who come), but the service has remained consistent under her guidance. Legna has been with us almost a year now and also does a wonderful job. They both feel like family. My girls love to greet them at the door and give them hugs when they arrive. The house is always well cleaned. It’s rare that I ever have to request something to be corrected. On 2 separate occasions, a picture frame and a bottle of wine were broken. Both times, Eluvia brought it to my attention. The bottle of wine was replaced without my asking. I trust Eluvia and Legna enough to leave my home while they clean. Most visits no one is home while they are here. (They come on school days.) When I get home, the house is spotless, and they’ve even cleaned the dishes I left in the sink. They also pickup the toys my kids leave out. I can’t say enough good things about their service.

This company is terrible! Hired them for a deep clean in December 2014 for a new home we purchased. The house was empty. They showed up 5 hours late and only did a basic clean and a lot of things were missed and I had to ask the ladies to clean areas that should have been done. They billed me almost $300! I was not going to use them for continued monthly cleaning so I found another company that came once a month but on the 4th month that company sent a new cleaning crew that broke my shower door and made my home smell like cigarette smoke. I decided to give rejoice maids another try. I called and spoke with Maggie, she pulled up my account and told me I needed another "deep clean". I told her I already paid for a deep clean which was nothing like they advertise and I just want a monthly basic clean and that I have had my home cleaned every month since they were out and a deep clean wasn't needed. She said it is their policy that every new home get a deep clean. I again explained to her that they already deep cleaned my home and I wasn't about to pay another $300 for a service they didn't provide me the first time. She refused unless I dished out this kind of money again. No thank you! Terrible customer service and their "deep clean" is a complete joke. Find someone else who cares about their customers and actually cleans your home they way they promise.

This company is terrible! Hired them for a deep clean in December 2014 for a new home we purchased. The house was empty. They showed up 5 hours late and only did a basic clean and a lot of things were missed and I had to ask the ladies to clean areas that should have been done. They billed me almost $300! I was not happy with rejoice maids. They did a great job cleaning our house however the customer service is poor and the price is way too high. I called and was told that a deep clean for my 3bdrm, 2.5 bath, 2000 sq foot home would be 2-3 hours for a team of 2. It took 3.5 hours and our house was extremely straightened and kept very clean on a regular basis so I was shocked. Even the cleaners who cleaned when we moved in (including fridge, oven, cabinets, drawers, only took 2 hours and charged less). I was not happy it was longer than I was quoted and when I called, the owner was rude. Yes, she did only charge for 3 hours which I appreciated but she didn’t take personal responsibility. When I told her I was told 2-3 hours she said she didn’t know why I was told that bc in the 8 years of their business a deep clean would never take 2 hours. But why was the blame placed on me? That is what your staff told me. I have had our House deep cleaned by a team of 2 twice previously by different cleaners for $160. When I told her this she rudely asked me why I didn’t use them then instead. (How professional) Well, one was booked and the other (highly recommended on Nextdoor) car had broken down. The owner could have easily kept my business by treating me with respect and not being rude and accepting that the person who told me the time frame was in error and not me. Also, one of our toilet paper holders was partially torn out of the wall after the cleaning which is annoying. They do a great job cleaning but expect a high price and poor customer service.

Do not be fooled by these 5 star reviews. My experience I will share with you to form your own opinion. I called to see if I could have someone come out to my home and give me a quote on cleaning services. I was told that they only perform the first clean by the hour and 3 people would come for the initial deep clean. I explained that I’ve had maid service weekly, but we’re unhappy with the constant rotation of people with our previous service and were looking to make a change. The owner quoted me $120 an hour for 3 people to come to the home on the first clean, and then it would be $180 per week after. This was more than we were spending with the previous maid service, but figured If their work was good, it would be worth the extra $20 per week. The owner came to my home with the crew which was 2 people not 3 as agreed and then said that $180 wouldn’t be enough and that the pricing would have to increase weekly. This is where the bait and switch began. Firstly, the owner looked at my home, it’s 5500 sq foot size online and they declined to come to my home for an estimate and quoted me a weekly number which I agreed to. Rejoice maids then showed up with the cleaners, and said when they would be done with the deep clean, they would tell us the final weekly price. I explained we couldn’t pay any more than $180 as we have always paid $160 per week for the same service. Here is the kicker, the cleaning was $400+ for the initial clean and took 5 hours! They did adjust the hourly rate to $80 since there were only 2 cleaners but wow. We have NEVER paid more than $160 for this same service. We then get a call the following Monday explaining that the service would have to be $220 per week; and they weren’t going to empty the dishwasher; pick up children’s toys, or wipe down a table outside or vacuum a sauna and outdoor rug under our deck. So in short these people got me for $400 when the service should have cost $160-$180. Beware of anyone who won’t give you a quote in person, and then charges you by the hour initially. I spoke to the owner directly and attempted to get her to do the right thing and honor her original quote and word, she was condocending and really needs a lesson or two in how to run a business. We would never do business with them again under any circumstances. I’m certainly not Rejoicing with Rejoice maids!

My departing tenants used this service for my rental house. It was sub par in every respect. Today I had it re-cleaned by two local women and it is now up to standard. They had to : clean all fan blades, clean pet hair out of door tracts and corners, sweep the floors which had lots of debris and rewash them and re-vacuum the entire upstairs to get out the pet hair. The kitchen was grimy, the oven not touched, the surfaces of the appliances were streaked as if the cloth they used was soiled. I have to say I am surprised they left their invoice as I would have thought this was not good advertising. Maybe my standards are high but I give my tenants an impeccably clean house when they move in. I wouldn't use this service .

Phenomenal cleaning job today 9/26/18!! Eluvia and Legna were amazing and so thorough with their cleaning. I ordered the deep cleaning and they made the bathrooms and kitchen shine. The microwave and oven look practically brand new. Thanks Rejoice Maids! We are extremely satisfied customers!

My departing tenants used this service for my rental house. It was sub par in every respect. Today I had it re-cleaned by two local women and it is now up to standard. They had to : clean all fan blades, clean pet hair out of door tracts and corners, sweep the floors which had lots of debris and rewash them and re-vacuum the entire upstairs to get out the pet hair. The kitchen was grimy, the oven not touched, the surfaces of the appliances were streaked as if the cloth they used was soiled. I have to say I am surprised they left their invoice as I would have thought this was not good advertising. Maybe my standards are high but I give my tenants an impeccably clean house when they move in. I wouldn't use this service .
