I have never given any business 5 stars as that's a little ridiculous but I do give Maids In America my highest rating - 4 stars! :)

When I use Maids In America they give me so much cleaning for the money. They truly hit more details than any person or company I've hired in the past and their price has always been great. I first used them 10 years ago when they had like 2 people working for them...lol. Now they have a bunch but Sheila is still my maid and still works for them after all these years. Sheila is wonderful and loves her job which says a lot about the company.

My wife and I really gained a lot of respect for Maids In America when we tried another cleaning service instead just to compare recently. The cleaning service was terrible and the girls from the company kept asking us - begging us - to give them a great review or they wouldn't get paid! One girl said they staid longer because they wanted to do a good job but she only got paid a fixed amount. When I divided the time it sounds like she made less than minimum wage! I thought OMG what have I gotten into? This was called ""pay for performance"" I believe and I remember now that Maids In America had a video warning people to stay away from this because it's a scam. We went back to Maids In America where we know the girls are paid very well and paid by the hour which is the right way.

10 years later they are still cleaning our home. We dropped them twice when we first started with them but they have improved a great deal and we can —absolutely— trust them! Trust is important to my husband and I even more than perfection.

With all the ridiculous cleaning horror stories I've seen I though I'd try Maids In America who seems to have it together. I wasn't disappointed as my hardwood finally looked like it was cleaned right with no dulling film on it. Love you guys! :)

I'd like to thank Susan personally for making sure that my business was completely recovered after we had the massive sewer flood. We are a retail operation and can't be open with our business smelling like floating rats (literally). Susan had her other division - Engineered Clean - come out and flood extract everything, run a bunch of fans and dehumidifiers then both teams cleaned up the mess. She then called in painters and flooring people to replace half the floor and in less then 10 hours my business was open again. I only lost 4 hours of revenue! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

First of all I never ever give anyone 5 out 5 stars! Now that I've made that clear I'll put in my 2 cents on Maids In America. They have taken care of our family, my daughters college apartment, and our small business that needs to stay clean and presentable for clients for a long time. We have had our ups and downs and they have had a few "characters" that didn't do a good job but always corrected it and replaced them immediately. Problems? They always took care of any problem we had - instantly fixing what wasn't clean. Now as a business owner I can really appreciate what I've been seeing from them the last couple years and it's like a college athlete hitting their stride in the NFL. They are hitting on all cylinders and - not to jinx them - have been about 99% perfect for two years. Wow! Maybe I'll raise this from 4 stars to 5 stars later... lol... Great company that just gets better which is rare.

Our building has never been so clean! We have them rotate heavy dusting just once a week and the core the rest but it's still so much better and less dusty then before. We've only used them since November 2018 but so far I'm really happy and optimistic that our building will stay very clean for visitors. We have visitors that come often as we are in the auto manufacturing business and a good impression is very important to us.

After struggling with two maids and not so merry maids I decided to give Maids In America another shot. They added another office that was closer to me in Woodland Forest so I thought maybe they could be more timely then in the past. In the past they did a great job but where chronically late which caused me to try others which I regret because they where also late and never really cleaned! LOL Since they expanded they have been either on time or early! I love their cleaning and hope this addition continues to help them improve timeliness. They clean better then any company already - by far!

"5 Star My wife has had the maids clean her home since I gave it as a Christmas present last year and she's been very happy. I convinced my office to use their janitorial service a few months ago and so far - so great. The desks are no longer dusty and they actually clean the trash cans so they don't smell up the office. My husband and I have been using Maids In America through all their ups and downs and growing pains for a very long time. While not perfect they have improved every year and are always honest and do the right thing when something isn't done right - Always. Their honesty and integrity is by far their best attributes because I really don't believe any cleaning company can be perfect or close to it because it's a real difficult business with a lot of ""characters"" lol. Another 4th of July holiday around the corner and a reminder to me to finally put in a big plug for Maids In America. I've dealt with Susan, the owner so much sometimes I think of it as Susan's cleaning...lol. Susan always checks on her maids and if there is anything not cleaned she immediately has one of her girls fix it. I can't remember how long we've used them to clean our home but I know it's been years! Wow is what I have to say about Maids In America's customer support. I had a few issues - one major - with one of the maids missing an entire room! Of course I didn't walk through with them at the end of the cleaning like the orientation said to. I didn't notice until I was getting read for bed at 11:20 PM and thought I'd call them to leave a message but instead the phones rolled over to a girl from their Tennessee office who answered , got into """"the system"""", and set the Tuscaloosa office to fix my issue the next morning! The next morning it was - indeed - fixed. Here's to great customer service which is more valuable then being perfect since I don't think any service does a perfect job.
