The young women, Flor and Karla, came promptly (were available earlier than scheduled, actually) and were very pleasant, polite and just seemed like very nice people. They then proceeded to clean our house as it has very seldom been cleaned. They worked straight through with no breaks for about five and a half hours. I was amazed and delighted by their skills and work ethic. My wife was out until after they had gone, but was even happier than I was at the result. In short, it was awesome. I booked with Maid Cleaning Nashville based on their amazing reviews, and though I already had very high expectations, I can truly say that their service exceeded those expectations. The booking process was easy and seamless through their website, and the crew arrived at 8:15am on my scheduled date (even though their arrival window was 8am-10am). Emely and Madelyn were extremely sweet and professional, and immediately showed affection for my pets, which really put me at ease. They asked a few questions about the house, I showed them around, and that was that. BUT WHEN I GOT HOME I was truly blown away by the thorough, immaculate, and thoughtful way that everything was done. I did buy the upgraded "Pre Sale Package," which increases the price a little bit, but includes a lot of upgrades, like windows, deep cleaning the refrigerator & oven (both of which look brand new now), and many many more upgrades. Even though I am not selling my house, I wanted this extra level of cleaning. It was definitely worth it! I have had many professional cleanings, and this was the very very best. By a mile. I am still finding things that they cleaned or polished that I didn't even notice when I first got home, and it's those details (big and small) that have really made the difference for me, and why I am writing this review today. Additionally, and equally as important, the customer service is exemplary. I spoke with Victor at the main office a few times, and he was very responsive and courteous, and really, his goal, and the goal of everyone with Maid Cleaning Nashville, is to ensure the customer is happy. Please read the other Yelp reviews, read the Google reviews, do your homework. But I am testament to their incredible work. I am absolutely going to be a repeat customer.

Every team that comes to clean our AirBnB is wonderful! They work with our rental schedule and clean our 2400sq ft home in just a little over 2 hours. 5-star work for sure! I didn't read the part in the initial email where it said to allow for a 2 hour window of your appointment time in case your cleaners were running over at another job. So I started off a little frustated that mine were 40 minutes late. But that was my fault, I should have read the email better. But MAN CAN THEY CLEAN! I cleaned the night before to get ready for them and they still cleaned by little house for over 3 hours! They really did a great job. And I will absolutely be booking them again. Just make sure you are good with the window you book in case they get caught up with another job. But I ended up adding a bigger tip than my initial tip because they did so good. Highly recommend.

There is a reason for all of these 5-star reviews: this company really does a 5-star job. I spent several days pouring over reviews and websites before choosing Maid Cleaning Nashville based on: (1) the professional website, (2) the friendly phone service (I called with a few questions), (3) they list their rates right on the website, and (4) they are a locally-owned company. I was also intrigued by the "always deep" clean, but thought this was likely just marketing (I was wrong). Similar to other reviewers here, after the crew left I spent a good 15 minutes just wandering around my house marveling at the thoroughness of the job. My wife and I are still coming across little touches as we are going about our evening. I had a few mental lists of what I expected to get done, what I hoped would get done, and nit-picky things I was expecting to have to do myself. I am happy to report I did not have to lift a finger after the crew left, and I keep discovering areas I didn't even realize needed to be cleaned. Highlights of my first experience: 1. I received a text when the crew was about 20 minutes away to let me know they were on their way 2. The crew was very courteous and professional. 3. The crew worked quickly and efficiently the whole time there were here. 4. I got a follow up call shortly after the crew left, and was told the way the house looked now was how it should look after every cleaning (hence the "always deep" clean, that apparently is not just a marketing gimmick).

Spotless....I hired Maid Cleaning Nashville because, after years of desperately trying to keep my place clean in the midst of a hectic travel schedule, I finally admitted defeat. There are less expensive providers out there; however, I chose them over because of their green products and commitment to “deep clean” my place EVERY TIME. I came home to find a home that was truly spotless. Cabinet crevices were dusted and wiped down, rugs looked brand new, furniture even appeared to have been vacuumed. I did find that my WiFi wasn’t working upon my return and, upon investigation, learned that the outlet had been ripped out of the wall! I blame the force of the vacuum used. :). It was an easy fix and I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided.

Without a doubt, the service was fantastic! They really went above and beyond in my opinion. I hardly recognized the place! They even folded blankets and made the bed (I meant to do that before I left, oops!) which was completely unexpected. The team of two arrived on time (actually, a few minutes early!) and stayed until the job was complete; about 5 hours total. Shortly after their arrival, a supervisor stopped by to see the 'before' and again towards the end of their day to check their progress and work. The ladies were professional and friendly, and very detailed; I was particularly impressed that they cleaned every drawer/shelf in the kitchen and every single blind (not just dusted) in the house. I very much appreciate their hard work and will certainly use Maid Cleaning Nashville again in the future!
