The owner gives the initial quote and the rates are accurate and reasonable. The team arrived, got right to work, interacted on a professional level and left the house in excellent condition. A few specific examples of their professionalism include considering client needs by introducing the team members to the customer and updating clients on any team changes. We have two long hair cats and two humans that are sensitive to smells. The house doesn't smell like chemicals but the air is clean. Our floor space is clean including the nooks and crannies! The team's attention to detail reflects their focus while they are working. Hire them for a reasonable price, clean home and professional interactions.

Unfortunately had to cancel service. Found 2 watches missing. Talk with Danielle and she informed me only had a problem early on yet I see Dan H. says happened to him month ago. Danielle said bond on pays when someone is prosecuted. Would really like name or person or persons that might have had a problem with so I can check out. Asked for this but got no reply. Otherwise cleaning was not problem.

The HR and managers need to be FIRED ASAP! I have a Valid DL, insurance, cleaning experience, transportation, so over qualified that I shouldve gotten a call back from them and started instantly. The reason they're always hiring is they have retards in HR & management hiring little kids instead of adults who have experience. Needless to say don't waste your time with this JOKE of a company.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. After trying several home cleaning companies that were all fine, but not exceptional, I finally found one I want to have a monthly visit from. They were thorough, friendly, prompt and even fixed a door blind that I had been trying to get open for weeks. They did all the little things that the other companies missed.

I had a great experience with Home Cleaning Centers Of America! I needed them on quick notice for before my boyfriend's parents came to stay with us, and they were able to fit me in and did a great deep cleaning. They were both professional with their cleaning skills and flexible with their scheduling. They even took time to do some things out of their norm that I requested, such as finish my shower door with RainX that I have in spray bottle. They are the best!

Poorly run compmany, would ask for follow up on cleaning and never would call back. Cleaning ladies broke a blind, vanity light came out of the wall, and chipped paint. Inconsistent when they showed up even though they were scheduled to come. One time didn’t show up, because they “got busy”. Would not recommend this company, especially for the price.

I would definitely recommend this cleaning company. They have cleaned for us for 4 years and I’m always amazed how clean they get my house. There is always a 3 person crew of very nice women and they run around so fast. They pay attention to details, wipe the blinds, sweep around the perimeter of the house, sweep all my furniture for cat hair and the list goes on. The owner Ken makes anything right and is great at communicating. Jodi calls the day before the clean to make sure the timeframe works. They are flexible if you need to change a day or skip a cleaning. Very happy customer here! -Erin Johnson

Lots of turn over, Always someone new in your house. Things gone a miss. Inconsistent with times they are coming, hit or miss on the cleaning. They have a bad policy if you get a subpar clean. Not trustworthy in my experience. Rough with furniture. I have had damage done. Asked to have my wood floors done with lemon oil & vinegar or olive oil & vinegar. They washed my ceramic tile floor and my bath tub with it. Management lacks in constancy & customer care. Accident waiting to happen. They have lost a good paying customer. Should have moved on from them long before I did.

Outstanding first clean!! Not one thing was missed. I did a very thorough walk through after the job was done and could not find one thing wrong. I have three small kids and everything gets sticky. Three girls came to my home and did it in a very timely manor. They even arranged my kids stuffed animals on their beds. Very happy and would highly recommend!! Thank you!

The Home Cleaning gals were delightful. They showed up during the allotted time window, were super friendly, efficient and they did a great job. I've tried two other companies since we moved to the area prior to this, and they were by far the best. Bonus, they were super sweet with our pets as well. Will definitely continue to use them.
