Ty and Raquel did an excellent job today, specifically working on my floors and bathroom as I asked. I tend to leave things in piles, and they took care to organize my desk, kitchen counter, and nightstands. I appreciate their attention to detail. Update: I decided to switch cleaning services after repeated problems with miscommunication between staff regarding scheduling and no-shows. They are a newly created small business so I hope they’re able to work on communication so it won’t become a problem with other clients, and I wish them the best.

We have had such a great experience with Alpine Maids! The team who came to our home (Ashley, Grace, and Taryn) clearly took such great care in their work ... it had been awhile since we had done a true cleaning, and I so appreciated that they recognized the need for some taking some extra time (rather than just rushing through things to get it done!), and. that, in addition to cleaning some spots that hadn't been completely clean in a long time (such as the vent at the top of the microwave!), they added some really lovely little touches (like folding the edge of the toilet tissue in a lovely little accordion fold - those little things do make me feel like they wanted our home to feel beautiful to us!). I also have been really grateful for how wonderful the communications have been with the main office ... so very friendly and so timely! Thank you so much - we are looking forward to continuing our service!

Alpine maids is wonderful! Excellent and caring customer service and fabulous staff. Both girls that came to my house today were very sweet, smiling and hard working. They had a great work ethic and made sure I was happy with their work. They were also very respectful of my daughter who had to take a nap while they were here. They cleaned her room first for me and tried to be as quiet as they could while she was napping. They seemed to genuinely love helping people out and making life easier! This working and pregnant momma felt relieved to have them. Will definitely be hiring them again.

We've just started with Alpine Maids and already had two 5 star experiences. Daniela and Taylor were both charming and efficient. It was very easy to clarify our needs and priorities with them and we could just leave them to it then. They were both thorough and very fast. It was nice to see them actually enjoy themselves at work (plenty of laughter :). They went beyond what is stated on the website as included in the regular clean and made very sure to respond to any extra requests. Overall thrilled and would definitely love to see them in our home again. The month before that, Aleajah and Vicky did such a great job! 5 stars definitely. These ladies were very competent at their job, fun to be around and easy to communicate with. We appreciate how flexible Aleajah and Vicky were in terms of listening to our priorities and cleaning requests and carrying them all out (even though we explained that we understand they can only cover what works for their time limit). In particular, we appreciate that within the extra allocated 20 minutes for fridge/oven touch-ups, they gave the stove a more thorough inside cleaning. THANK YOU so much! We were very happy with the overall sparkliness of our home. Esp. mirrors without streaks! We learned that getting floors and surfaces accessible makes it much more feasible for the cleaners to cover them all in the allotted time. We would love to have Aleajah and Vicky back anytime.

This is our third visit from Alpine Maids, and we have found all of their people to be good workers, very personable, and ultimately they do a great job of cleaning. We have had some issues with the clarity of pricing offers and clarity from management, but the people that come out have always been wonderful. I'd say they are definitely worth a try, and if you don't run into the issues with management that we did, I think you will be very happy with their service.

Alpine Maids is the only company I trust to clean my home. They are worth every penny!! Today Ty and Vicky came out and did a fantastic job cleaning my home from top to bottom. They even did things like clean out the microwave, wipe down the fridge, and clean the stove top (tasks I hate doing). I should also mention I have an all-glass shower and it is nearly impossible to get clean thanks to the hard water we have here, but they somehow got it to sparkle. Their attention to detail and amazing service are why I will continue using and recommending Alpine Maids!!

Their website is set up so that you can easily change/add extras any time before the scheduled appointment, which I find very convenient. The people are always friendly and get along with our 3 large dogs quite well. And most importantly, the house is always clean to my expectations. I've used four different cleaning services in Denver. Alpine Maids has out preformed the others. I've gone through previous cleaning companies who commonly responded to specific cleaning requests with, "Yeaaaaaah...we don't do that. Or that. Or that..." Other cleaners smell like an ash tray. (Non-PC alert) Other cleaners crossed the border in bad faith, and steal Colorado's valuable resource - jobs from our young adults. Supporting that as as consumer (even though that would be a cheaper service for the consumer) is an ethics issue. Other cleaners told us they take cash under the table (presumably to avoid paying their share of taxes). Also a consumer ethics issue. Alpine Maids' cleaners are alert and youthful. They are attentive to the specific needs of our house. Shout out specifically to Michael and Logan. We love the end result when they show up!

I've been using Alpine Cleaners since November 2016, and I've been very impressed with the guy who runs the show, Chris. He's on top of everything, and when something doesn't go right or doesn't meet my expectations, he takes care of it quickly and thoughtfully. Recently, one of the cleaners dropped and broke one of my jars in the kitchen, and Chris offered to replace the item and its contents or to discount our cleaning (I opted for the latter). I'd recommend Chris and his team to anyone, whether you need weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or deep cleaning.

The front office staff got my address wrong twice and then after the cleaners arrived said there was too much work to do. Instead of calling their staff they apparently wanted me to let them know not to finish the job. They are clueless and unprofessional. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
