I was pleased with how quickly he came out to clean our couch, and also with how well he cleaned our couch. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and scheduled the cleaning for the next day. He also threw in a free can of ChemDry Spot Remover. I will use them again when I need to have the couch and carpets cleaned.

REALLY? My rental house carpet had been pummelled for years and on the lake too mind you so you can understand how dirty and filthy the carpet was. It had not been cleaned in years and I already had quotes to replace the carpet thinking there is NO WAY the carpet could be saved. I told Mr. Welch that I knew it couldn't be saved but he insisted on giving it a "shot". Well Christmas came way early because the carpet looks absolutely phenomenal. I'm sure carpet retailers don't want to hear this! Thank You!! :)
