Ridiculous. First, you play phone tag with a person for a day then they want to come and measure each square foot of carpet to be cleaned which required me to drive 30 miles to the home,which in the end was a waste of time. Then because a 10 foot square area of carpet had some heavy staining this person proceeds to give me an at least $1000 estimate and several days away till job is done! I dont care what you do to a carpet you're not going to get all the stain down into the pad out I don't care what someone tells you,short of replacement. Charging attorney fee rates is ridiculous, you're cleaning carpet for 2 or 3 hours without going to law school for 6 to 8 years. In my opinion he just didn't want to do the job. Also wanted like $1.15 a sq. ft to clean tile with over 500 ft. to be done. Again, it ain't that difficult and those prices must be from New York or Cali. After the rigamaroll I contacted another carpet cleaner,gave the number of rooms and approximate area to be cleaned OVER THE PHONE and they were out that afternoon, did a good job in 3 hours all for about $300.

Recently, I sent one of my housekeeping clients to Jim at Veternans Cleaning Solutions. Next time I cleaned her home, the carpet smelled drastically better and her area rugs looked brand new. This company referred a cleaning lady to my house while we were in the process of a PCS move. I paid her through the bank account all to find out that she took my money and never cleaned my house and refused to return my money. She also told me that this company scams money. So I have notified USAA and this company has been flagged and on a he “ do not refer or use list”

We are traveling vendors at the Renaissance Faires. We got set up but it rained that Thursday night and soaked the rug in our tent. I called and spoke to John who was so gracious and wonderful to do the water extraction and dry it over night for a reasonable price. He went above and beyond to set up a time on Saturday morning, when their shop is normally closed, to meet us so we could pick up the rug and still make in time for the opening of the Renaissance Faire!
