I have used them also to clean my son's house when we are having a party at his house. They will come on short notice if they have time. We are impressed with the fact that their cleaning products are environmentally friendly. The house literally sparkles when they finish. Nothing is overlooked including baseboards, picture frames, and the corners that previous cleaners have often overlooked. Additionally, the Blue team who come to our home are friendly and personable, trustworthy in our absence, and even good to our dog. Our family recommends this company highly.

The girls look and act professional; there is no down time where they are not working very hard. They are polite and respectful; I do not worry about them being in my house. My only complaint is that they don't service Guntersville, or I'd have them clean my parents' house!

The Maids came to our house this week for the initial clean. We were called the night before with a 2 hour window for their arrival - they arrived on time and ready to get to work. We briefly showed them around our apartment and then left them to do their job. I received a phone call when they finished letting me know they completed the job, informed me of any issues (tv turned on - has mind of it's own), left my invoice on the diningroom table and stated they will be back in 2 weeks according to my request. We returned home from dinner, opened the door and took in the smell of a freshly cleaned home! We walked all around and were amazed at how wonderful everything looked....we couldn't be happier! I'm counting the days until they come back again - thank you!

I paid 300 for a deep clean of my apartment. The kitchen counters weren't cleaned, and a knick knack was broken. When I contacted the manager she asked to come to a walkthrough to see what hadn't been done correctly. Of course I had cleaned it myself because I had made food so that wasn't an option, and she informed me the team that came was the most complimented team and my ratings made them look bad to the franchise. I am shocked and disappointed that no discount, refund, or amends were made for this. I wasn't expecting much in the form of recompense but kitchen counters are incredibly basic when cleaning, and a broken object is unacceptable.

If you are looking for a spotless home and friendly service, I would definitely recommend calling The Maids. They pay attention to every detail in your home and are extremely thorough each time. You will have a consistent team that cleans your home so you know what to expect every visit and they are very personable. Only once in over a year was a closet floor missed. When The Maids gave me a curtesy call the next day to check on my service (they do this after every cleaning) I mentioned it and the team came out the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. Fabulous service!!

They're remarkably consistent -- I can never find a bit of dirt once they're done, and everything sparkles. It sounds a bit hyperbolic but it's true. Not to mention, the hotel style attention to detail!!! In short and simple terms; excellent service, easy scheduling, prompt and friendly staff. Prompt response to phone and email requests. I think for what you get-service, quality cleaning and someone you can trust in your home-the price can't be beat. I have offered a referral to some people and they say "that seems a little high" but having used other cleaning agencies before I can say it's actually on par or less than others and like with anything, you get what you pay for. Tuesday’s are our favorite day of the week because that’s when The Maids come by! Walking in the door after work to a clean house that smells so good is worth every penny. We have 2 cats and they even do a great job cleaning the litter that gets tracked everywhere. Very nice team and customer service but not a great service for the high price I was charged. Very appreciative that they showed to redo the cleaning after I called and mentioned they missed a lot of areas. The first team didn’t move items only dusted around them, missed several mirrors, counter tops, a fan, etc. the second team was more experienced and did a much better job. This was a gift for my mom who is local and comparative to the price and service in the Columbus market this was not what I hoped. So thankful they corrected their mistakes after I called but bc of the cost I will be going with a different company in the future.

I'm not even sure how to express how great these ladies are! They really take the time to get to know their clients and what their likes and dislikes are. It always feels like they go the extra mile for my family and that I'm their most important client. When the ladies visit my house they are always so respectful and sweet. I always find little touches when I get home that make me smile, and my kids always get a kick out of the way they arrange animals and toys in their room or on their bed.

I was called two days before arrival and was asked to move the time to an earlier time because of a scheduling conflict on their end. I said that their new time doesn't really benefit me but she insisted that if I didn't move my time then I was going to have to wait two days until they free up. I needed them the day I scheduled as I wouldn't have access to the property at any other time. I agreed to the new time, as I wasn't able to find someone to come and clean on such short notice. There was a communication error between the maids and their dispatcher which led them to showing up over an hour earlier then the new scheduled time. When I asked if they could come back I was told no, and that if they were going to wait there I was going to be charged for the time they waited. I had them start cleaning while I was still doing the work I needed to do in order to avoid this. Also, when asked not to clean something until I had had the chance to deal with it first, they started to clean it anyway. All that said, they did a fabulous job, were kind efficient and professional if a bit on the high end in price. I would make sure they stick to the appointed at time if scheduling with them, as their work was amazing.

Didn't do a proper job (left trash in kitchen, failed to throw out vases of dead flowers, broke a toilet roll holder in drywall leaving a massive hole through forcing it instead of realizing the shaft was spring loaded) and charged 30mins more than what was agreed for the team of 4, ie charged 10 hrs when 8hrs was agreed. Nevermind that they only had to do 3/4 of a clean that normally takes 6 hours. When showed photos of how the kitchen was left and having had it explained to them that I wasn't happy with what they did nor the extra 2 man hours charged they didn't care at all. Will never use again and certainly cannot recommend their services based on my terrible experience with the clean and the even worse post sales service.

This company is shady as hell. They quoted me a price and time it would take 4 people to do a pre-party cleanup. 3 people showed up and tried to soak me for an additional 2 hours. In the 2.5 hours they were here they didn’t wash a single floor and left the kitchen counters and cabinets unwashed. I feel bad for the girls working there bc I’m sure they are encouraged to add additional hours. They must get complains all the time bc their shady general manager was all over me texting with one excuse after another. Do not waste your hard earned money on this horrible company. I have used The Maids for about 6 months. I have used the Red team and have no complaints. They are always efficient and friendly. They come once a month and do a fantastic job! If they are going to be late, they call and let me know, even if just a few minutes. Only once, did they need to reschedule and that was due to weather. The girls each know what they are to do & do it. The leader does check to see if I want them to do anything special (e.g. clean the finish section of the basement, etc.). When they are done, the house is clean and fresh smelling... hate to even make dinner as cooking would mess up my sparkling clean kitchen! It is now 5 years later and I still use them. Obviously, they do a great job or I would not still be using them. They are always friendly and do a great job. Always given a window of time for their arrival and rarely (if ever) are they late. Would recommend you give them a try!

We have tried many maids up in our new Westchester house and haven't been satisfied-they all seemed to do a great job for the first round, then slack off. My wife interviewed and was impressed by the Maids, and they came in with their crew, and she called me at my job to rave about how clean our house was and what a great job they were doing. I was at work and said 'great' and then quickly forgot about it. I returned home and immediately noticed the cleanliness. For a tired, overworked guy who rarely notices anything beyond my immediate environment, even I was immediately struck by the clean, fresh smell and immaculately tidy and spotless house they left behind. I also live with a cynical, critical (obnoxious) tenant who will unsparingly rip apart anything or anybody he feels is not up to spar, yet he even doled but lavish praise. So, if you have a large house like ours that you needed an energetic team to come in and clean from top to bottom, this is your choice-and one would assume even a small house would benefit from their service. We are sticking with them and arranging regular cleanings and would highly recommend the Maids of Westchester County.

My review will contain 2 issues: the first is that I was overcharged and when I contacted the office they agreed that my credit card was charged $90+ more than should have been charged. That was April 30, 2018. (It is now June 20, 2018.) I was promised a refund in the form of a check. Since then I have had at least 3 email exchanges, each time promising that the "manager" was handling it and, yes, I would receive a check and she (the receptionist/scheduler) was very sorry I hadn't yet received it. My second issue is that although it seemed that the 4-person team did a good job, when I began actually putting things in the cupboards (I was promised a "deep cleaning" as the home was empty and we were moving in later that week so inside of cupboards, frig, oven, etc were all to be cleaned thoroughly I had been assured by the office person. The deep cleaning that was charged over $400 for was not done and I ended up redoing everything. It was very disappointing.

The maids were ok. Simple things like the inside of the medicine cabinet and the garbage pails were not cleaned. In addition we were very disappointed in their carpet cleaners. They left simple spots which they had to come back to get out. It was a an inconvenience since we were selling getting the condo ready to sell. We did not think they were worth the money we spent.

It starts with their communication to the customers. Kelly and the team do a wonderful job of notifying me of an upcoming clean 24 hours ahead of time. They are also accomodating if my scheduled day is not good for one reason or another. The cleaning crew always do an exceptional job! It's nice to come home to a clean home when I know The Maids have been to the house. On the very rare occasion that something is not right, The Maids keep to their promise and have made it right!
