Called company about a mold issue, and told lady on the phone I was a cash customer (no insurance). I was told that someone would come out 3 days later for an estimate. I waited 3 days and then someone else called me 30 minutes before my appointment and I was told they do not do cash customers and would not be able to provide an estimate because it is too hard to know what will be needed to make an estimate for my job ( even without seeing the job, just over the phone) and it usually a line by line invoice that they can charge to insurance companies. Basically sounds like they up charge insurance companies to make more money. Be careful of this company.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house. The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered. Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that SERVPRO did was excellent. All of the SERVPRO employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished. Additionally, SERVPRO acted as ”general contractor”, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. We would particularly like to thank Jeff and Anthony, and highly recommend SERVPRO of Sun City / Sun City West / Southeast Surprise

Company offers a full array of unprofessional services. Called them to take care of some basement flooding. Showed up and said they would be able to fit the work within the cap covered by the insurance. The problem is, the mitigation team and the restoration team literally don't work together at all. I've seen completely separate companies work together much better. After several late appointments, somewhat disappointing work and failing to send any of the promised information to the insurance company; it's clear the actual cost is going to be near double what was promised (no additional issues popped up). Each "team" (mitigation or restoration) just asks what your insurance coverage is and tries to figure out how they can estimate the number closest too it - WITHOUT WORKING TOGETHER. Save yourself a lot of headache and have your insurance company recommend a company. Worst set of contractors I've ever had - and it's not close.
