My home was storm damaged 06/30/17. Serpro took the insurance claim. As of 07/16/18. My home is still not finished by serpro. 4 weeks ago serpro started working on my downstairs. The gas hot water heater had to be removed so serpro could work on all walls. Furniture including washer and dryer moved to storage building. No hot water in my house for 4 weeks. We are waiting on serpro to finish downstairs and move our furniture back so gas company can install hot water heater and washer and dry back. 4 weeks is a long time to take a cold shower. Serpro please help us we are senior citizens. Please finish your job. We do not appreciate a demand letter requesting all your money be paid even for the work you have not completed yet.

WE HAD A FIRE IN MAY 2019. WE LOST MY BROTHER IN THE FIRE. SERVPRO WAS GOOD AT GETTING THE BURNED PART OUT. THEY MOVED OUR FURNITURE AND CLOTHES AND BEDDING AND WAS SUPPOSED TO CLEAN THE CONTENTS. I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT THE CONTENTS CAME BACK JUST AS DIRTY AS WHEN IT LEFT. BEWARE
