I Do Not Recommend! I hired Rocket Maids to clean my house and carpets prior to move in. I was not present during the cleaning but after initial inspection, I asked someone to go back out and clean the cabinets and light sockets. I was out of town so I wasn’t able to reinspect until days later. The cabinets have not been touched (still dirty inside and out). The oven is also still dirty. I had to hire someone else to clean my house. Unfortunate, because I paid a lot of money for their services. The carpet cleaner did do a great job...that’s the reason for 2 stars and not 1.

We called upon Rocket Maids because we are in the process of selling our house. They came in and made it look new again! While they did a great job everywhere....they were some standouts areas/items! In particular the appliances and bathrooms were amazing! Wishing I would have been using them all along!

First of all i want to say that the staff that cleaned our house did an EXCELLENT job! I’m giving only 3 stars because whoever runs their email account (Caroline according the the signature on the email responses) was totally rude in her responses to me regarding a coupon code that should have been applied to my services. She clearly misunderstood what i was asking and was totally defensive and rude in her comments to me and did NOT provide good customer service. I was totally disappointed with this exchange because the cleaning service was stellar....but because of the lack of kind and decent communication with whomever they have running their email responses, i won’t be a using this company again

Rocket Maids was a breath of fresh air in a difficult preparation for the sale of our property. Eduardo was extremely helpful timing the cleaning on a certain day and explained exactly what his team of two would accomplish. It took about3-4 hours for the Rocket Maids cleaning crew to do a very thorough job for us. I highly recommend this company for your weekly, monthly or occasional cleaning. Professional, on time and reasonable.

I'm so happy with the great cleaning service I receive from Rocket Maids. I was initially hesitant about hiring a cleaning service. I felt like or wasn't a necessity. I couldn't have been more wrong. There is nothing like coming home to a clean, fresh smelling home. Rocket Maids surpassed my expectations and I use them on a regular basis. I love the products they use, they smell so good.
