I first became aware of Office Pride a few years ago when the president and CEO, Troy Hopkins, walked into our small office building. He is a very personable man and after briefly explaining what his company offers; he left me with some brochures to read over. At the time, we were unsatisfied with the current janitorial service we had and when he followed back up, it was clear that it was time to make a move. It didn’t hurt that we were getting more bang for the buck - Office Pride’s prices were lower and they would be coming more often. Another bonus is that each month an inspection is performed. Office Pride sends over one of their reps to come in and check over our facility to double check the quality of cleaning. Any time I have ever had to call Office Pride for anything, they are very responsive. In addition, they have a customer appreciation luncheon each year which is a very nice perk. We are very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to any company looking for a top notch janitorial service in the Huntsville area.

Office Pride Stands Out From Other Commercial Cleaning Services Our office spent several years trying to motivate and survive several corporate cleaning services before finding the attentive, professional couple who cleaned for our company. When they told us they were moving to another state, the thought of going back to sub-par service, and valuable time spent each week going over what needed to be cleaned was depressing. Because they are committed to providing excellent service, the Office Pride Team conduct a monthly inspection (walk-through) of our facility in order to stay on top of our cleaning requirements. During this inspection, they meet with the staff to discuss any issues we may be having or areas that may need improvement. I am happy to say we never have any to report because their staff always do a thorough job. I would highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs. I started working at Huntsville Cardiovascular Clinic in February of 2014. Not long after, I found myself without a cleaning service. As with any new job, I had a lot on my plate and didn’t want to spend a lot of time dealing with this “small but extremely important issue”. I’m happy to report that this was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The transition couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I never have to worry about whether or not the office is clean. There’s no contract so you don’t have to worry about decline in care over time. I love the color coded cleaning system that they use for sanitary purposes. Someone comes by once a month to “audit” their employees on their work. The cost was less than my last contract AND included all the cleaning chemicals. Communication is kept to a necessary minimum and the only time I have to think about it is once a month when I write the check! I support Office Pride 100%...

We are a small company in Huntsville, AL comprised mostly of male workers. After several BAD experiences personally and business wise with janitorial/cleaning services, I was extremely sensitive to cost, honesty, expectations, workability, and work ethics. After mentioning the condition of the bathroom floors to our cleaning lady, on a few occasions – sticky, dirty looking, etc., she up and quit. I started cleaning our office suite – approx. 1800 sq. ft. with 3 bathrooms. All the while, I was looking for “that perfect cleaning company” that would not cost the company a small fortune. Sitting at a Taco Bell eating lunch in my car, I looked up and saw a car with “Office Pride Commercial Cleaning” sign on the door. And the rest, as they say, is history. I left a voice mail message; received a prompt reply to set up a site visit. Lee Weeks came to our office with a professional demeanor, marketing folder filled with any information I could ask for; a sincere desire to meet my expectations (which are extremely high) and our company’s budget. Their first cleaning to “bring our office up to their standards” was phenomenal. I appreciate the fact they use color coded cloths for specific areas; leave their vacuum cleaner here (not transferring dust/dirt from other offices), and provide cleaning supplies. Cathy (operations manager) is great – always accommodating and understanding that we are the customer. Cathy, Lee, Patricia, Leigh Ann, Susie + others strive to meet and exceed our company’s janitorial requirements. I appreciate their desire to meet our expectations, their dependability, work ethics, and overall attitude. It is so refreshing in this day and age to experience outside entities that do what they say they will do!

My experience with Office Pride in Madison started around 4 years ago. A representative visited my office and initially I was reluctant to listen as I didn't want the added expense of a cleaning service. This was something that I had been taking care of for my office for a few years. After consideration, I decided to use Office Pride for my janitorial service to take the burden off of me. After a few years, I was approached by a friend to provide the same services at the same price I was paying with Office Pride so I switched. Bad mistake. After about 6 months, I ended up calling Kathy and signing back up with Office Pride. I'll never make that mistake again. Office Pride does a very thorough job and I never have to worry about cleaning my office myself anymore. They send out a representative at least once per month to make sure that I am satisfied with the job that they are doing as well as doing their own visual inspection. Very satisfied client!

As a facility manager, I must ensure that every vendor that I select provide professionalism, honesty, integrity, and commitment to doing what's right. For the type of business we operate individuals must be scrutinzed through security before they can enter the facility. When I first interviewed with Troy Hopkins it was a spiritual connection when he stated that his company put God 1st. Not do they put God 1st, but they also do a background check on their employees. Knowing this gave me assurance & a peace of mind in the services they would render for my company. After we walked through the entire office, I received a packet of information explaining everything that was discussed during the walk thru. I went from a previous vendor providing 5-8 employees to clean our building to one individual when I switched over to Office Pride. The work performed Monday - Friday was exceptional. Not only was our building spotless, but this one individual also maintained our cleaning supplies inventory. There was never too much or too little stock. Once a month a supervisor would come out to do a white glove inspection of the work that was being done by their employee. The price is right for impeccable service provided. Awesome staff to work with!

Our office space is clean, well-kept, and organized, and in the Architecture-Engineering-Planning business, the office space presentation that we put forth is incredibly important - or clients can tell by the presentation of our own space how we will treat and value their space. I wouldn’t trust anyone besides Office Pride for our janitorial needs. Our janitor, Pam, is an absolute gem and is willing to go the extra mile. She got on her hands and knees to clean our hardwood stairs when there were spills. She is always on the lookout for anything amiss (i.e. loose banister, water pressure issues, supplies shortage, etc.) and promptly alerts our staff. Plus, Pam leaves the nicest notes to start our work week. A big thank you to Pam and the Office Pride team in Madison!

We had to cancel after a few months. Every week there was something that was missed or not done. We were never offered to have another person come clean to see if they would do a better job until the day that I called and cancelled service. I feel like that should have been offered after a few weeks of complaints.
