Owner/manager is annoying. It's a service of robots, not humans and they do a crappy job and they discuss personal things in front of people they shouldn't. And they drop everything the second they are finished and don't put their garbage away. I would not recommend them. Call someone else.

Everything was shining and all the surfaces clean (I had asked for special attention to woodwork, blinds, Windows) and shiny! I received a personal phone call from from the Director of Operations to resolve this and it spoke volumes and resonated very well with me. The incidence was resolved and I felt that there was a definite concern with the company in regards to meeting the customer's expectations! I will definite you use again in the near future because of the concern shown during the phone call.

We've had experience with other cleaners in the area and Maids a la Mode is by far the most reliable and client-centered. Their attention to detail is so refreshing and a great relief for this busy Executive Director! I know when Mindy comes to the office that I don't have to double-check anything. I especially love that they use all-natural products, which leave our office smelling fresh, with no chemical odor. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking residential or commercial cleaning services.

I have used Maids à la Mode in the past and thought they were a good and reasonable. An incidence occurred that I did not agree with regarding service. I received a personal phone call from from the Director of Operations to resolve this and it spoke volumes and resonated very well with me. The incidence was resolved and I felt that there was a definite concern with the company in regards to meeting the customer's expectations! I will definite you use again in the near future because of the concern shown during the phone call.

Don't call them!! I wanted to give them a second go because of the products they use. However, I was notified they can not make your wood floor shine, no polish treatment available. Also, the manager sent me some rude text messages. Avoid!!! Merry Maids is much better, I will use them again.

I took advantage of a quickie offer and I love that. Spur of the moment thing but I had already been thinking about booking another service anyway. They really make the stainless appliances in the kitchen look new. The kitchen floor was spotless. The bathrooms were well cleaned and they made the whole place sparkle. Really love the service
