She goes above and beyond - has extra "projects" where she does deep cleaning where she sees the need and writes us little summaries at the end of the cleaning. Hired to clean before a party. Wanted floors swept/mopped, 2 rugs vacuumed, a ceiling fan dusted, 2 baths and kitchen cleaned. Prior to moving to Birmingham we had our home regularly cleaned, so we had expectations. They were NOT met. Cabinets nasty, floors didnt look clean, bath sink dirty, tub dirty and our shower head was broken and set on the side of our tub. But the worse part is when I finally spoke to Linda, all she did was make excuses (even after I provided pictures)!!! The only reason I didn't go off was because I was at work. She had the nerve to say "we didn't know when you asked to have the kitchen cleaned it mean cabinets and baseboards". Did she not read her own website 49 pt checklist???!!! But why would I need to tell you to clean cabinets that you can CLEARLY see need cleaning?! Did I mention she didn't offer to replace our shower head (NOT ONCE). She asked could they come back. For what? I had to go ahead and clean myself before my guests arrived. And I didn't want to give them anymore of my time after she made it evident that this was how she did business. I should have never given them my credit card information until I was satisfied with their work. Now I'm out of $132 for a piss poor cleaning job!

Tiffany has cleaned our home twice now, and she is so thorough! She works in a very organized and methodical way, and yet keeps asking if I have any special preferences or requests. I love the way that each week she does one of those tasks that doesn't have to be done very often. (I could never convince my previous independent housekeeper to do that!) Moreover, she works efficiently and cheerfully, happily accommodating my husbands little idiosyncrasies and preferences. (It's funny how picky men can be when someone else is doing the work!) Kristin, Casey and Erin did an absolutely fantastic job. I have been through several services and individuals and no one has done this good of a job. They were very detailed and thorough. They were extremely friendly and professional. I particularly loved the swan folded towels on my bed and the essential oils scents left in the sinks and in the bathrooms. It makes me feel like I'm in a hotel! I also loved the high quality vacuum cleaners they used. We just had our hardwood floors redone and I was worried about what cleaning solution to use . I found Kristen was much more knowledgeable about my floors and what needed to be used then the flooring company! This was my first cleaning service but I am very excited and hope this level of Excellence continues!

Bottom line - someone always comes. If your regular person is sick, they send someone else. They bring their own tools and cleaning products, and always do a good job. I especially like the standard routine of doing each week one of the tasks which only needs to be done every so often. Thorough doesn't even begin to cover it!
