very nice person but making the job much harder than it has to be. my windows do not look professionally washed even though he tried. i was disappointed but the technique is wrong. the best window washer i had brought a tall ladder, used a sea sponge and cleaning solution mixed in a bucket which he carried up the ladder, then immediately used a squegee(also carried up the ladder and handy- no swithching out heads on a 5 foot pole). it was all a quick motion before the sun could cause the solution to spot. the real professional cleaned all 33 windows and doors outside in less than an hour , then went to many neighbors houses to do the same. we all had a contract for him to come every 3-6 months. he did this in several neighborhoods and had plenty of business. he was there at the day and time agreed upon also. the cost was a little less than anyone else has quoted me since we moved to this house .

We hired this company to strip our old deck paint and to reapply stain. They initially applied a chemical stripper that they were going to power wash off and it failed. They then contacted "another professional" that said to use a different stripper. They used that stripper and that too failed. Out of their frustration they power washed my deck WAY TOO CLOSE trying to remove the paint. It chewed up my deck wood horribly. :-( I then told them I needed to hire another professional to come in and fix it. I tried calling multiple companies to come and fix the problem and nobody was willing to do it. One company even said I may have to replace some of the wood!....Since I can't afford to replace the wood. I got on my hands and knees myself with a belt sander and sanded my deck. And re-stained it myself. Since the railings are much more difficult to remove the paint I just painted those over the old paint. BUT Many of the rails are chewed up from the power washing so it doesn't look the greatest. The company did apologize for it, but I wish I had some kind of compensation for having to do much more work than needed to be done in the first place. :-( Sorry I went with this company. Beware!
