Not all chiropractors are created equal. I went to see Dr. Tozer after four months of excruciatingly limiting back and sciatic pain. Before my visit to Imperium I had been seeing another local chiropractor regularly, had professional massages, tried stretching, heating, icing, a lumbar back brace and even tried steroids and muscle relaxers from my doctor. None of that worked. Dr. Tozer worked miracles and now after only six weeks I am back to working out 6 days a week pain free with no need for any of the other solutions I tried.

As a lifetime chiropractic patient, I have had the opportunity to be treated by some of the best and worst in Eau Claire. Dr. Tozer is definitely one of the best I have found. I have only been a patient now for about 2 months and I am feeling better than I have in a long time. Dr. Tozer is extremely professional, gentle, caring and knowledgeable. He has a natural warmth that makes patients feel comfortable right away. He takes the time to explain where your body is in the healing process and suggests other options to help you reach your goals faster. He is very thorough and detailed in his exam and treatment approach as well. He understands that it's the little things that can go such a long way with patients to increase their comfort levels and confidence in the care they are receiving. Everything he does from the moment you walk in the door makes it obvious that he cares about his patients and genuinely wants to help them. From the Biofreeze and massage spot treatments to the stretching that he incorporates during and after your adjustment, you walk out of his office feeling energized with less pain and looking forward to your next appointment. His staff is friendly and very professional as well. I am SO thankful he and his wife decided to open an office in Eau Claire! :)

Dr. Tozer and Dr. Gintner are great chiropractors. They listen and truly care about getting your pain under control in a reasonable amount of time. I've been to different chiropractors where they put you on a treatment plan to get adjusted around 50 times and have other add-ons that cost thousands of dollars on top of the adjustments. Imperium Chiropractic doesn't do that. The really cool part about Imperium Chiropractic is that if you have a certain way you like to be adjusted they have no problem customizing the adjustment to your desire. So if you want to be treated as a individual and not a number I highly suggest you give Dr. Tozer and Dr. Gintner chance! BTW ask for the neck/towel adjustment (pictured below) its awesome!

Imperium Chiropractic is an all around five-star experience. From the moment you call to make an appointment to when you step into the office and are greeted by Olivia (I go to the Eau Claire office) to talking with Dr Tozer and being adjusted by him. Everyone is warm and genuine and he is an excellent doctor. I've gone to many chiropractors over the years and this office and their staff is by far my favorite. Not to mention I feel better! I just wanted to add to my review since I recently had the opportunity to see Dr Drew. I was very impressed and felt he was just as thorough and caring as Dr Tozer. I didn't feel rushed and he made sure I felt good before I left. I recommend this office to everyone who tells me they need an adjustment!

Highly recommended If you want quality care. They are very good at their jobs and take time to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it. I've had x rays taken at a chiropractor before but no one has taken the time to measure them and see exactly what needs to be where before touching me. Everything from walking in the door to the adjustment feels like they actually care about you feeling better and not just a quick pop and out the door.
