She gives you her absolute full attention with every visit and has a very comprehensive and easy to understand plan for treatment. I have been helped numerous times with my different issues and have always referred people with great confidence. I know they will be taken care of and receive help in their healing. I have seen Dr. Reid several times during the most difficult times of my athletic training. Since I am a professional bodybuilder, my fitness regimen can be very taxing on my body and this is the most important time to be seen by a chiropractor. Each time I have seen her, she has identified the troubles I have been dealing with and helped alleviate the pain from being out of alignment. Her therapy along with suggested mobility home practices have been a life saver! Her team is professional, helpful and follows through with any task that needs to be taken care of with my insurance. I have been going to Dr. Lisa for years. I have had back and neck pain, which has been greatly improved by the adjustments provided by Dr. Lisa. The most important thing when working with Dr. Lisa is that she takes the time to try to discover the cause of the pain and suggest ways to stop it from happening in the first place. Between the stretching exercises she has recommended and helping identify things that lead to neck and back pain like how I sit at my desk when working on the computer, I am mostly pain free today. I couldn’t recommend a better Chiropractor.

I am in pain with a pinched nerve and tried to have my xrays sent to a radiologist for a second opinion. I also tried to have them sent for a second opinion from the spinal center. Dr. Daily refuses to cooperate with my wishes and only sends her summary. They want $150 to make me a personal xray copy so I can get them evaluated. They collect a fee to send them to an outside radiologist. I am so appalled by their attitude concerning my medical records. Don't expect customer service and expect to be charged for any unexpected thing that comes up.

I have been a patent at Chiropractic Care Center since September 2001. I was diagnosed with scoliosis back then and in tremendous pain. Dr. Ried was the only person who could not only heal the pain but also prevent it from happening and improve the function with my back. Over the last 11 years I've had pain with growing, after child birth, and with past injuries. When my my doctors fail to address the pain and help to heal the pain, Dr. Ried and Dr. Daily are always there for me ready to heal my pain with their soothing hands. Chiropractic is not like a massage that you get once in a while as a treat, or cosmetic like going to the spa. Chiropractic is a way of life to help you live a healthier and fuller life. Chiropractic can help you live a life free of pain naturally without taking all kinds of prescription pain meds. As far as I am concerned chiropractic is the only way for me, and Chiropractic Care Center is the only place for me.
