Dr. Peterson is the best of the best. When I make an appointment for 1:30 p.m. and at 1:46 pm I'm still not in to see my chiropractor, I was informed that my appointment was really at 2 p.m. I was hesitant to take the 1:30 p.m. appointment as I had to be in Baraboo by 2:15 p.m. The gal I spoke to assured me I would be the first patient at 1:30 so I took the appointment. I think that is extremely rude to do that without informing the patient. My time is very important also. I was actually there at 1:15 p.m. and had all of my paperwork completed by 1:25 p.m.. so there you sit waiting for your appointment that you were told was it 1:30 p.m. and it's actually at 2 p.m. That's just not a good practice. This kind of takes me back to last year when I made an appointment and drove down from the Dells and they informed me that I didn't have an appointment because the girl that took the message when everybody was on lunch break forgot to put it in the books. Absolutely nothing was done about that. I think they need to be a little more responsible and accountable. There won't be a strike three they can count on.

The staff there always made me feel comfortable ,and made me feel like I was part of there family ,the doctors there are all caring and listen to what what you have to say, I Truly Believe that they saved me from having Surgery and I thank them !!! From Dr Bob, Dr Chris , Dr Travis. And Dr Mack they all are incredible .

Highly recommend Anderson Chiropractic Clinics. I called there asking if they had any new patient appointments available due to me having a migraine the past two day, they said no. I told her my situation and they made room for me. Dr Chris was just awesome!!!! I got x-rays (my neck was all curved and out of wack), adjusted, and a massage feeling so much better! His assistant also was my babysitter while I was there. Such a great experience and such wonderful customer service!!!!! Can’t wait to go back in the morning to start feeling better!!!

My appointments are still ongoing, but Im finally getting relief from severe sciatic pain. The staff here is so nice and does their best to accommodate you. I have had problems with my "hip" for 11 years. I've been telling doctors and physical therapists that the pain is by my tailbone and pelvic yet they insisted it was my hip. I have had different diagnoses from 4 different doctors, each one a different one. I've gone through so many rounds of cortisone injections, have been in physical therapy off and on for these 11 years, 4 different chiropractors, and even had a surgery on my hip, even though the doctor told me the problems don't explain the amount of pain I've felt for so long. The first day I saw Dr Christopher he confirmed it was my pelvic area and tailbone. That first day I started feeling relief. The problem has been there for so long that it's going to take a while for things to be where they need to be, but in 3 weeks I've been in less pain than I have felt in 11 years. The staff is amazing, and Dr Chris has a contagious happiness and sense of humor that you leave not only in less pain, but in a great mood. I can't thank him enough for helping me finally feeling like this problem can be fixed

If the reedsburg office was busy they always had the Mauston office available the 2 offices are great with working with you and know exactly what to do. Front staff and billing make you feel like family and definitely a bonus to the office very friendly. Keep up the good work Anderson Chiropratic!

I took a 13 year old boy from Canada to Dr. Chris. It was over Christmas break and he was visiting. He could hardly walk and after over 6 month of just pain medication he came to Dr. Chris. I can hardly write for tears but with two weeks he exercised and walk carefully and on as needed medication. I thank God for Dr. Chris and the whole Anderson Clinic family. He actually set up the right treatment for the Canadian family medicine and will have surgery shortly. Talk about miracles.

We were asked to come in 40 minutes early. When got there we had to wait 20 minutes after the newly scheduled appointment time. Much better experience the second time. Got Wright in. Dr. Mack is awesome.

I had one visit here and the chiropractor Travis is phenomenal. My problem comes down to the price. My visit last about 20 minutes and cost $95 after insurance, I believe it was $250 before insurance. It's medical offices like this that make a need for insurance companies and why insurance cost so much. I recently had an appointment at a local chiro and the cost was under $40 without insurance and a new patient visit. Explain these numbers to me...
