Dr. Belluzzo is professional, yet personable. He explains the treatment process thoroughly (excellent if you're unfamiliar with chiropractic care) and always takes time to hear concerns and answer questions, which makes South Main a great choice if you're considering seeing a chiropractor for the first time. The clinic staff are friendly and welcoming, and appointments begin promptly (I've never had to wait past my scheduled appointment time).

Terrible. My wife went in to South Main Chiro seeking help for a sore muscle, and they badly damaged her back. She required hospitalization afterwards and the medical bills are currently well over a thousand dollars out of pocket at this point. South Main has refused to help with the cost of their mistake and has not even offered to refund the cost of our visit. Pain and stiffness from the injury sustained at South Main have lasted for months. Do not go to this business. Doing so risks serious, long lasting pain.

I highly recommend this practice! Everyone has always been very friendly and welcoming each and every visit and I have been going here about once a month for the past three years. I don't think that I have ever seen anyone leave without a smile on their face. They are very accommodating and work with your schedule to the best of their ability!

Dr. Keats is amazing. I had a hip problem for months and a shoulder problem for over a decade, but thanks to her both problems are gone. Furthermore, she takes the time to give you preventive exercises to help as well. Worth the visit!

Wonderful Chiropractors. I have been getting adjusted for about 14 years, and when we moved to Blacksburg one of our biggest concerns was finding a quality Chiropractor, and we found it in Dr. B. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. He is able to use several techniques to adjust what ever pain you may have. If you are looking for a wonderful doctor South Main Chiropractic is for you.

South Main Chiropractic has been nothing short of amazing. There service is fantastic, they are always very pleasant, well mannered, and always on their "A" game. I recently hurt my lower back and I was very fortunate to find this location and they were able to schedule me right away! My appointment was with Dr. Keats and she is simply the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable, very hands on, and great at explaining what the diagnoses and forms of treatment are, as well as building out an in-home regiment to further increase the rate of successful healing. While back injuries are never a "quick" fix, I can say that they have helped me tremendously over the past few months and I cannot thank the entire staff enough for all of the help, encouragement, and knowledge they have afforded me during this time. Keep up the amazing work guys, you are the best for a reason!!!

Dr. Belluzzo and his staff are kind, professional, and great at what they do! I was involved in a car accident and went to see them consistently for about a two months. They always took the time to check and double check how I was feeling, and they make every effort to keep you comfortable and informed on how your body is recovering and why each procedure is necessary. Also, the staff is incredibly timely. I never had to wait to see Dr. Belluzzo, which is practically unheard of! It allowed me to stop in and get adjusted without drastically interrupting my schedule for the day, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend South Main Chiropractic to anyone in the Blacksburg area who needs an adjustment, or is recovering from an accident or fall!

Great experience here! Staff took a lot of time to get the details of my accident to understand my needs. They helped to relieve every kind of pain I had, including my wrist pain. Very efficient and compassionate doctor. I was nervous about someone working on my spine, but he made me feel very comfortable. Best experience at a doctor's office I have ever had!!

I don't usually give 5 stars but this is a situation that definitely deserves it. Long story short, I was in a head on collision and I experienced very severe soft tissue damage to my back. Well after just 2 short months of coming to see Dr. Jacqueline Keats twice a week, my back, neck and shoulders have almost come back to 100%!! We are currently still working on getting me back to my old tip-top self agian, but until then I will be coming back as needed. So the staff at south main chiropractic clinic are amazing as well! Vicki is the main receptionist and she is very polite and she is good to help cheer you up when you may be feeling a little down from back pain. Dr. Keats is very strong and uses her strength to her advantage, however if you are looking for a more soft approach, then perhaps Dr. Christopher Belluzzo would be a better match for you. Either way you will be treated very well. As far as cost goes, they don't charge an arm and leg like most others do. So friendly staff, clean environment, great prices, and convenient parking make this establishment one of my absolute favorites!

Hey Google review readers, There's only one thing you need to know about South Main chiropractic clinic/ Dr. Jacquie Keats, She's a modern day miracle worker when it comes to the spine and the muscles/tissues it affects. I've been to several Chiropractors here there, and everywhere, and I must say that Doctor Jacquie Keats is by faaaaaaaaaaaaar the best at what she does!!!! Not to mention, she's one of the most sweetest, and caring of individuals I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She's worked on my parents , my siblings, my wife( while she was pregnant) and several other friends that I have boastfully recommended they go let her fix em! I'm very proud to call her my friend, and very blessed to have her as my chiropractor!!!! Those hands are just magic for real

I came to see Dr Belluzzo with back pain. I had a catching feeling in my right butt and pain across my lower back and into the right groin. After a few weeks of getting adjusted, I feel great! No more butt catching or groin pain and my pain across the back has almost completely subsided. I've been to chiropractors before, and dreaded going back again because they always to put me on treatment plan for weeks and weeks which costs & costs. Dr Belluzzo treated me only as I needed to be treated, no long term plan, no high unnecessary costs! His goal was to get me feeling better so I didn't have to keep coming back for months and months! He is nice, professional and ran on time! I had no prolonged waiting, no high costs and I feel better! Fabulous! Thank you to Dr Belluzzo and staff!
