I've also recently started seeing Dr. Darrin Marsh (Physical Therapy) and will soon be seeing Dr. Heather McCarter (Chiropractor) at McCarter Health Center, Inc.. They have me doing PT and they put me on a anti-inflammatory diet which I want to speed the results of by purging the junk in my system and making room for all the good. I already drink over a gallon of water a day, but it's not enough. That's why I'm looking for recommendations for good purging foods. Now, to rave about the good doctors... First of all, I never like doctors and I NEVER post recommendations for them. However, Darrin has accomplished more for me in 3 visits than any other doctor I've seen in 20+ yrs. I was in so much pain last week I could barely work and he had me back up and running the first visit. BRAVO!
