I had never been to a chiropractor prior to Dr. Menzies, as many in my field (physical therapy) tend to be leery about the profession in general. I didn't understand why. I started seeing him over 2 years ago and have continued to see him at least every 2 weeks if not on a weekly basis while training for various competitions. Since then, I have competed in several powerlifting meets, CrossFit competitions, and now my first body building show. By adding his care to my health routine, I was able to strength train and recover much more efficiently and with less pain. I love that it's a full hands-on adjustment of the entire body as well - no modalities. He performs adjustments in all positions, including sitting and standing, and sometimes through movements. He truly cares about those that are looking for long-term care of their body. It's not a one-and-done adjustment, it's a commitment and investment to keep your body well, and well worth it!

Called to ask a few questions, could even take the 30 seconds to answer. If that’s how he treats potential clients, I’ll happily take my business elsewhere. Besides, there are far more welcoming Chiros around the area.

Tried explaining my pain and level of discomfort but Mr. Brian R. Menzies would not let me speak as a patient to a doctor my concerns and my pain areas. He constantly talked over top of me and refused to let me speak at all. He charged me $40 for 10 mins of him talking and no real adjustment. When I cancelled my appointment in advance of the 24 hour cancellation policy he got offended when I did not reschedule. His words "Well ok....inconsistency never get results, do they? I'll close your file. Good luck." "My compassion is with the health of your spine & nerve system. Pain is a representation of the lack of health. Good luck focusing on the opposite of health!! I do not recommend his services if you are looking for a doctor that really cares about your well being. Any good doctor no matter what your speciality should consider the patients well being. After all that is what the Patient pays for.
