Every person seeking a doctor wants the best; the most skilled, best results and most caring. Dr. Amy is the best! My journey of receiving Dr. Amy’s care began 14 years ago. I did not have significant pain symptoms, just neck discomfort and some low back pain. My real concern was the fact that I was 25 years old and never had a regular menstrual cycle in my life. When my cycle began at 15, I only had one per year for the first four years. A medical doctor could not find anything wrong when I was 18 and just offered me birth control to try to regulate my periods. My answer to that was, “No!” From that point on, my periods occurred very irregularly, often skipping several months. In the back of my mind, I had concern if this would cause problems in getting pregnant once I was married. This is where Dr. Amy comes in. She knew of my concern and explained a very important principle to me. Inside of the spine is the nervous system, which controls and regulates ALL functions of the body. If the bones of my spine had shifted out of proper position due to any injury, it could affect the messages that the nerves were sending to my reproductive system and create dysfunction. This made sense to me! I began spinal care with Dr. Amy and my body started to heal. First, I saw my neck pain go away. Then, the low back pain went away. It was a slow process, but my cycles began to get more regular. Dr. Amy then explained how body healing can be increased with whole food nutrition. I began taking specific supplements that she offers to feed the organs of my body that weren’t well. It was amazing the change I experienced when we partnered her spinal care with the whole food supplements. The restoration of my reproductive system was significantly accelerated. I also chose to go through the nutritional purification program to remove toxins from my body as well. I believe all three of these things facilitated my complete healing! Two years ago, my husband and I gave birth to our baby girl! Dr. Amy was my most treasured resource to help guide my choices to keep the baby and I strong and healthy. I believe spinal care and whole food nutrition from Dr. Amy made a critical impact on the fact that I felt AMAZING all the way through to a beautiful water birth at home! Now, as a wife and mother, Dr. Amy’s influence in my life continues to be a crucial part of our whole family’s wellness. Our little girl had a wonderful, natural birth. It was still very important to us to have Dr. Amy check her spine to see if it was out of alignment. My husband and I both experienced growing up without spinal care and our health would have been so much better had our parents known. We knew that if her spine was out of alignment, her nervous system would not function properly and she would not grow and develop to her fullest potential. We began spinal care for Nadia when she was 6 weeks old! The gentleness and specificity of Dr. Amy’s care makes care for a newborn a dream come true! She has such an incredible passion to take care of little ones that the room is filled with her love, grace and kindness every time we see her. This really makes all the difference in the world for people of any age! My husband, daughter and I have experienced so much help from Mountain State Wellness. I have been a patient of Dr. Amy's for over 4 years. I've had a log history of back pain, hip pain, headaches, migraines and kidney stones. Dr. Amy has not only improved but eliminated all of my pain and headache symptoms with her NUCCA Chiropractic Adjustments. I get adjusted on a monthly basis to insure I keep and hold my alignment.....Due to Dr. Amy's adjustments and her guidance through whole food nutritional supplements, I've not had an issue with kidney stones for almost 3 years!....Dr. Amy has a warm, caring heart and takes the time to get to know her patients. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

I was suffering from anxiety, that I have had off and on throughout my life, digestive issues that had went on for years, waking up in the middle of the night, etc. Although, I didn't suffer from chronic pain, I had a good bit of tension off and on in my neck and shoulders. After my first adjustment I started sleeping better within days, my anxiety is literally gone, my digestion is normal and I haven’t had any muscle tension since! My family and I have been seeing Dr. Amy for over 10 years. Each time we step into the office we are welcomed by friendly and informed staff. Wait time is very minimal and many times we have had zero wait. The office is clean and fresh. Dr. Amy always greets us with a smile and puts us at ease, even when dealing with small children. The type of chiropractic care, NUCCA, is so gentle it is almost relaxing. After each adjustment rest is recommended in a quiet room with comfortable recliners. My younger daughter was diagnosed with Asthma as a toddler. She struggled for many years with breathing issues. Her medical doctor put her on many medications and she even had a hospital visit. After a couple of years with regular chiropractic care and supplements recommended by Dr. Amy she was taken off all medications and has had very few flare ups. My older daughter’s entire domineer is improved with an adjustment. Her attitude, concentration, and sleep are better. When adjusted she had no headaches. I highly recommend Dr. Amy!
