Dr. Shepherd and the staff are great. They really listen to you and are committed to doing what is best for you. They give you options and let you chose how often you want to come in. I have lived with sciatica for the last 15 years and over the last 3 months the transformation has been amazing. I came in for a completely different issues, an injury at the gym, and they have solve my original complaint and help relive lingering issues with my sciatica. I would recommended them to anyone and everyone.

I was suffering from headaches where my spine meets my brain and after a few short visits, the headaches began to dwindle and it wasn't long before they were gone for good. Dr. Shepherd has made a world of difference for my upper back, shoulders, and neck. When I first saw him the pain had reached the point where it was difficult for me to sit or stand at my desk for more than a few minutes at a time. Now I feel great all day at work, and better yet I can do all my favorite activities like biking and snowboarding. As someone who has, unfortunately, suffered from several back injuries over a couple of years, I can confidently say that Shepherd Family Chiropractic is the best. Comparing two nearly-identical injuries, Dr. Shepherd was able to get me back to normal in about 4 months, compared to 10 months with my previous chiropractor. Everyone in the office likes to chat and really makes my whole family feel welcome. He is great with kids and there is a wonderful little kids' area. It's definitely worth mentioning that I have never had a billing issue with them. Insurance and chiropractors don't seem to get along, but they know what they are doing.

Nobody Special

Anything less than a five star review of Dr. Shepherd's is simply illogical. If you want care providers who are reasonable when it comes to price, clear when it comes to their methods, and responsible when it comes to your health, Dr. Shepherd is the one to see. I feel calm and at home in their workplace. When conversing I feel listened to when explaining not only medical health issues but casual conversation that isn't just filling space. They truly DO CARE! Dr. Shepherd's is by far the best chiropractic practice you can find. Highly recommended after nearly three years of continuous care. There's absolutely no one else I trust with my back care. I've been getting adjustments from Dr. Shepherd (and booking notoriously last minute appointments with his wife, Cheryl) for almost 4 years now and with a lifetime of back pain, he's the best chiropractor I've ever seen. His entire staff is excellent, knowledgable and calming. When I threw my back out and couldn't stand or walk without help, they rushed me in for an incredibly last minute appointment and by the end of the adjustment I could stand again. It felt like a miracle but it was really Dr. Shep's expertise in the activator method. It's non-invasive and significantly more technical and targeting than the "cracking method". I've never been happier with care. They take a genuine interest and feel like family. Would recommend to anyone!!
