I told Dr. Nelson I did not think he should be adjusting me when I had inflammation. He disagreed and told me to come in anyway. The next day my back was so much worse that I could not even stand and I had to go to the emergency room. He also did some manipulation on my shoulder that same day and made it worse than it ever was before. Of course he kept the money I paid to him that day. Beware of this guy. My overall experience at Nelson Chiropractic has been very soothing and comforting in many ways. The Dr. is very knowledgable and shows his level of expertise quite fluently and you can tell he has many years of experience. I was a moderate disbeliever of chiropractic care until I was referred to Dr. Nelson. I have had chronic pain around my upper right hip for a few years from an old injury and as far as I knew, rampant misalignments of my spine from years of bad postures and hauling heavy backpacks. ~3 months into treatment, my right hip has improved to the point I no longer notice it on a regular basis, the neck and spine adjustments have greatly improved my posture, and along with that, noticeably better flexibility, balance, sleep quality and alertness. Each appointment takes no longer than 15-20 minutes with a waiting time close to nil, starting with a frequency of 3x a week in the beginning to now 1x a week, is completely painless and in fact relaxing. It has been no doubt one of the better things I have done for myself. Dr. Nelson is the antithesis of Dr. Evil. He is a calm, gentle professional with a big heart and a painfully underrated sense of humor. Dr. Nelson's staff and massage therapist are a bunch of courteous, efficient and fun-loving folks anyone would love to hang around. I would highly recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone looking for some chiropractic help. I now look forward to my chiropractic adjustment every week.

Was experiencing bad headaches after falling on my neck and shoulder in a soccer game. Dr. Nelson came up with a treatment plan and in due course it was a distant memory. He doesn't hurt you like the Chiropractors who pull on your arms "crack" your neck because he uses the activator method and he is a leader in the field. He also doesn't schedule appointments if you don't need them. The miracles continued for me over the years as he has helped with everything from back to neck to ribs alignment and even sleep apnea. He has also helped my parents over the years and improved their lives significantly but if I told those stories few people would believe how significant the changes were for them. These days I drive an hour and half from Arlington to Redmond to see him. He is surrounds himself with a dedicated and caring staff who always make you feel welcome and will help in anyway they can.

I had been seeing another chiropractor for chronic lower back pain with very little reduction in pain. Some friends of mine told me about Dr. Nelson and were extremely happy with Dr. Nelson's skill and the relief the husband had gotten from a work injury. Although Dr. Nelson is about a 45 minute to an hour drive for me, I was so desperate for relief, I made the trip to see if he could help me. Not only was he confident that we would see results from the adjustments, the pain relief occurred in one or two visits. Because it was a chronic condition, it would come back at times, but within a matter of a month and a half of twice weekly visits, I have been pain-free for almost six months. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nelson and his very friendly staff and am very grateful for Dr. Nelson's chiropractic knowledge and skill.

Dr. Nelson and his receptionist Eva were both very polite, friendly, and helpful. The care I received seemed to ease my pain greatly (by about 90%), which I would call a significant recovery. Ask about pricing up front, as the services are not cheap and it's worth knowing what you can or cannot afford. Occasionally they were overbooked, resulting in wait times that were somewhat frustrating to deal with.

My treatment is about to be done. A car accident months ago brought me here. When I was terrified, Eva and Piper took the phone, immediately made me feel better by being so tender and understanding. I was accommodated in the same day. They take PIP insurance, have extensive knowledge on billing (thanks Ardis!) and legal resources available for their patients. My appointments are always punctual and the treatments effective. The office is so clean and the vibe so warm. Though I wish the accident never happened, I am glad that I met Dr. Nelson and his crew. I've already miss his jokes and my always great adjustments.

I went here after my car accident! they take great care of you as a client and really listen to your needs to get you back going again! I would absolutely recommend them with the gentle approach with the activator you get results without the pushing and squeezing. There flexibility of hours is great so that you can always find something that works with your schedule. Another great thing is that they take insurance or in my case PIP so I can just focus on getting better and not about coverage!
