Extremely rude receptionists answering the phones. The care may be great, but get ready to be talked down to, ignored, and interrupted every time you call them. They don't try to make it easy for anyone. If you're in pain and need someone to treat you respectfully on the phone, skip this place!!

The WORST massage/cranio-sacral treatment I've ever had. Stuff of nightmares. Desk staff was nice to me but the therapist criticized my body and face through the whole session.

She's positive, energetic, extremely knowledgeable, and very focused on getting to the root of her patients' problems. Her staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the office is in a great location with free parking, which is a godsend being in the city. She is also host to many other wellness providers, ranging from acupuncture to massage, dietitians, mental health counselors and hypnotherapists.
