I have been going to Back to Health for several years now, and it has been a fantastic experience. Before, I often had lower back pain. Now, I go in for an adjustment every 3-4 weeks, and have been pain-free as a result. I strongly recommend their chiropractic care, and continue to be delighted by the other elements of my interaction with the staff there - very convenient, helpful, friendly, and patient-focused.

Wonderful chiropractors: Dr Shawnte for adults and Dr Shara for infants. They're capable, really listen to what's bothering you, and don't just do the same thing every time. All the staff is super friendly and efficient. I always feel so much better after an appointment!

I had an allergic reaction on my forearms that had been persistent for a month or so. I made an appointment with the center's acupuncturist Dr. Joanie to see what she could do for my rash. After just 2 visits (within 3 days) I am completely free of the itchiness and most of my redness is gone. I highly recommend both Dr. Joanie and Back to Health center. The staff is courteous and the center is very clean. I'll be going back!

Dr Posner is amazing. I had seen a physical therapist, an acupuncturist, an orthopedist, a sports medicine doc, a neurologist and a pain physician for my leg pain. None of them were able to accomplish what Dr Posner could - a significant reduction in the pain and at times a total cure. Dr Posner is extremely conscientious and listens before she treats. She is empathetic on financial issues and genuinely wants the best for her patients.

I would like to recommend Dr Stewart (Acupuncturist) for any one who would seek such therapies. she is a wonderful person and listens to your problems with great patience. I was unfortunate that I was unable to complete my recommended 5 therapies but the 2 sessions I had with her were great. I could feel my body rejuvenated with power and freshness after going for 2 sessions i had. thank you Dr Stewart. Even though I checked with Dr. Posner's office ahead of my appointment and was told that my infant's treatments would be covered 100% by my insurance, I was later billed by Dr. Posner of the Back to Health Center. I tried to work it out with their office, but unfortunately they were not understanding at all. I also tried to appeal it with the insurance company but in the meantime Dr. Posner sent my bill to collections. Just beware that you may end up footing a $60-90 bill even if they tell you it's 100% covered. They do not do their due diligence on behalf of their patients and seem to expect that patients can simply write a blank check.
