Dr. Holmes is thorough. He sincerely cares about his patients more than anyone I've ever met. He has gone out of his way to help me in any way he can. He is very knowledgeable and uses a great technique. I've been to many chiropractors and he is for sure my favorite. I now consider him a close friend and am very grateful that our paths have crossed. He has helped my wife, my friend, and is helping me get through a very difficult time with my back. It's a slow process with my damaged nerves and tissue but he has helped tremendously from where I was and continues to help get through it and hopefully avoid surgery or put it off. I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Holmes is my 8th chiropractor over a lifetime of needing chiro care, and he is among the small number of the truly gifted, not to mention very caring and concerned chiropractors. Gonstead is the only chiro technique I will use anymore, and as one of only four such practitioners in the state of Utah, Dr. Holmes is more than a gift to us all. His adjustments are very effective, and his touch is intuitive and gentle enough to let your body ease into the ideal position for each adjustment - something that was a very pleasant first for me among all the chiropractors I have seen. Don't let the affordable prices or modest office size fool you - he is one of the best chiropractors anywhere, and I would come from a long distance for his incredible adjustments and truly caring manner!

A chiropractor that actually listens. I had terrible sciatica and he was the only chiropractor that was able to provide lasting relief. He's very easy going and his visits don't cost an arm and a leg. Last minute vists are also possible. There were times I was hurting and he squeezed me in his schedule. Very nice and professional. He also takes the time to do consults which is great when your looking for advice that lasts longer than the adjustment. I've had trouble finding a good chiropractor and it was a relief when I got in contact with him.

Honestly the best chiropractor I've been to out of a dozen over the past decade, so I gladly make the 15 minute drive despite there being many other doctors closer to my home. Very friendly with an incredibly clean and nice office. I once worked for 4 chiropractors in the past & was adjusted every day so I'm pretty picky about technique- especially when I'm pregnant and feel like my body is falling apart. Dr. Holmes has all the equipment to adjust me in various ways and I've never left his office without feeling so much better than when I walked in. Highly recommended.

I have been to a dozen chiropractors over the last 15 years I have never been treated as well as Dr. Holmes treats me. Every visit he takes time to understand how I'm feeling and what I need.
