Not only does he adjust your spine to keep aligned but also understands how other joints and bones can impact overall well-being. When a new doctor took over this Chiropractic clinic, I was a bit apprehensive. Having been a patient of Dr Warwick's for many years. When I met the new doctor, Dr. Scott, he made me feel as if we'd known each other for years. He gave me his full attention and made feel like I was his only patient. The only legit chiropractor I have found in Knoxville. By that I mean he’s not just cracking your back and taking your money. He actually takes the time to make the correct diagnosis. I’ve been seeing other chiropractors in the area for years, and my problems weren’t going away. I mean I felt good in the short term right after my adjustments, but not too long after my problems were actually getting worse. Now that I am under Dr. Scott's care I am the most pain free I can ever remember being. Wish I would have met him sooner, I may have been able to avoid some surgeries I had before meeting him. Dr. Scott took x-rays showed me the issues, and stared treating them. The other Chiropractors said they knew what was wrong and didn’t need to take x-rays. Well they were moving a couple things in the wrong direction each time I saw them; actually making my problem worse. I have two close friends finishing up at one of the most respected chiropractic schools in the country, and they have warned if your Chiropractor doesn’t take x-rays as part of your diagnosis you should run away! Another benefit of seeing Dr. Scott is that he accepts insurance. This has saved me a lot of money!

Years ago, I first started out with Dr Mark Warwick. When I moved near Nashville; Anne, Mark's wife, recommended Dr J in Nashville as an activator chiropractor. I came to Dr. Jon Scott in mid-December 2017 with a persistent, shrill, intermittent short-wave radio signal noise in my right ear. This had been an issue that prevented me from sleeping quite often, interfered with my work and daily activities for nearly two years. Although I knew that my neck and jaw were out of alignment and were contributing to this torture, I sought out many different forms of treatment for my problem, with no success. I saw an E.N.T., an oral surgeon, an acupuncturist, five different chiropractors, and at one point even allowed a medical doctor to give me a steroid shot in an attempt to get relief from the noise. Fortunately, a friend and client of mine had knowledge of Dr. Scott, who had only been in Knoxville for five months. On my very first visit, Dr. Scott identified that my atlas (C1)and axis (C2), as well as my jaw - were very much out of alignment. I was literally crooked. The adjustment that Dr. Scott made on that first visit gave me twenty hours of relief from the constant high pitch noise in my right ear. I got my first restful, full night of sleep in a long, long time. With each return visit to continue to retrain the muscles and re-align my neck, the shrillness of the noise decreases and has a shorter duration. I have confidence that after just two weeks of treatment, twice per week, that once my neck and jaw become properly aligned, I will no longer have this problem that has interfered with virtually every aspect of my life. Sleep is a wonderful thing, and I have been getting great nights of sleep since Dr. Scott began getting me in proper alignment.
