Dr. Rousseau and her staff are absolutely some of my guardian angels! They walked with me every step of the way through my pregnancy, delivery and post-delivery. Having had chronic back pain for a few years (despite my young age, weak discs run in the paternal side of my family) and I was very nervous about how this would affect my pregnancy and delivery. I held out for a while, but as my pregnancy progressed my back pain increased significantly and I became desperate and began looking around for help. I was worried that my delivery would be difficult and that post delivery would be even harder. I have always been a bit hesitant about chiropractors, simply because my family has never had any experience with the practice, but when Kyd Kyro was recommended to me by both my birth class instructor and one of the class participants who had been going and getting good results, I decided to give it a try. I began going to Dr. Rousseau about 5 months into my preganancy I and immediately began to see results. After two visits my lower back pain was literally completely gone. I was amazed. Previously I had complained constantly to my husband of my back pain and some nights had laid awake in tears. In seeing Dr. Rousseau and her staff not only did my aching body and back find true relief, I was immediately made to feel welcome, listened to, well informed and began gaining a wealth of knowledge about natural birth! She truly knows her stuff! I began to reap the benefits of her practice by having conversations about child birth, post partum, and the effects of prenatal chiropractic practice on the baby and myself. I had never even heard of prenatal chiropractic practice before this, and what I found in Kyd Kyro is a true gem! I was able to see someone who was supportive and encouraging of natural birth, understanding of where I was coming from in life, and able to guide me through such an amazing and tender time with the wisdom of experience. In addition, I never felt pressured or pushed to come more than I felt was necessary. I truly enjoyed all of my visits and felt they were truly beneficial and Dr. Rousseau was able to make it possible for me to continue to see her by working with me financially. I am a young momma working part time with my husband in school so you can imagine I am certainly not someone with money to throw around, but Kyd Kyro has always been incredibly reasonable and I am getting such a wonderful service that I make it a priority each month to conitnue to see her. I continued to see Dr. Rousseau throughout my pregnancy pain free and one happy momma! I kept hearing from her staff that one of the benefits of prenatal chiropractic practice is not only comfort and relief from pain, but also being well aligned assists in the birth process and often speeds it up. Most of her patients who see her frequently in the days pre-delivery are able to deliver naturally within just a few hours! I was a bit skeptical of this wonderful rumour to be honest, but I can now say that for someone who comes from a family of women where my mother and two sisters were each in labour for at least 18 hours with their first child, I was able to deliver my first child naturally in 10 hours even though I had to be induced. I was amazed! On top of this, Dr. Rousseau and her staff called to check on me several times when my delivery drew closer and wanted to be informed of what was happening with my inducement and birth process. She personally called me the day after I delivered to check on me and has truly been wonderful ever since. I and now my baby girl see Dr. Rousseau monthly for maintainance check ups, and hope we can continue to do so for a long time!

We love Kyd Kyro. Dr. R helped my breach baby move into the correct position, she was the only person who was able to fix my husband's back after a car accident, and she helped my sister find a few serious health problems. Highly recommend!!

Our daughter LOVES Dr Rou Rou! We were referred to Dr Rousseau because our two year old was delayed in speech only saying 10-15 words. After two weeks of cranial sacral therapy she was saying 30+ words. Our daughter is now trying to say new words all of the time and is steadily increasing her vocabulary each day.

My 2nd daughter had some stomach issues. She was unable to pass gas or have a bowel movement without help. I had to cycle her legs to assist with the process. She was in pain. She wasn’t crying, just fussy all the time. I couldn’t sit down with her, she liked to be held while I was standing and moving. I could barely get her to sleep and when I did she would nap for 20 min before waking up in pain. This would go on all day until she would finally pass out and sleep for a few hours. We were both exhausted. After 3 visits my 5 week old is a different baby. Everyone kept telling me that she would grow out of it and that I was spoiled with my first baby who was never fussy and slept through the night. But, I knew something wasn’t right. This isn’t normal. 3 visits and she’s not in pain. 3 visits and my baby is making happy sounds and smiling at me. She naps! She sleeps, about 4 hours but it’s better than 2. She’s not fussy. After 3 visits my baby could pass gas and have a bowel movement a day without help from me. I am grateful I didn’t listen to everyone. I’m grateful I found Kyd Kyro.

This was one of the best decisions I could've made! I started seeing Dr. Rousseau in my second trimester when I began to have some very uncomfortable pain in my ribs. Within a few weeks, I felt a huge difference, and after a few more weeks, my ribs weren't bothering me at all anymore. I am now 3 days from my due date and feeling great! We send all of our doula clients to her..she has been able to get every single one of our clients’ with breech babies to turn, corrected severe synopsis’s pubis dysfunction in our clients and myself during my own pregnancy, GREATLY reduced pain from sciatica during pregnancy..I could go on!!
