I can't speak highly enough of Drs. Joe and Becky Klein. I started seeing them mid-pregnancy with my second child in hopes that chiropractic care would improve my chances at a successful, natural VBAC. They are conscientious, put me at ease immediately, and made me feel welcome and cared for from their first response to my email inquiry. They went above and beyond to work with my schedule/appointment needs (I live about an hour away) and even opened up their office on a Sunday afternoon to provide adjustments for me and my son as soon as we were released from the hospital. (And yes, I was able to have a successful VBAC. I am positive their chiropractic care not only provided relief during my pregnancy, but also was an important factor in preparing my body for a vaginal birth.) I also saw Dr. Becky for post-partum adjustments and my son and toddler also saw Drs. Joe and Becky for routine adjustments for overall health and wellness. I highly recommend their practice. They are fantastic with pregnant mothers, babies, and children, but I know they are committed to the best chiropractic care for all their patients.

I started seeing Dr. Becky when I was 34 weeks pregnant and my baby was stubbornly remaining breech. After a week of regular visits to Dr. Becky (as well as lots of inversions and exercises on my own), baby had switched to head-down (the ideal position for birth), helping me avoid a c-section and other possible interventions. I loved working with Dr. Becky - not only is she warm and funny and made me feel at ease right way, but she helped me to play a proactive role in improving my alignment. She sent me videos of exercises, talked through the various inversions that might help me get baby properly positioned, and always clearly explained what she was doing and why. She also checked-in with me regularly over text message, and several times fit me in to see her at the last minute. I also always felt great the day after a visit to her. Unfortunately, I live quite far from Chattanooga so it was a trek for me to get into see Dr. Becky, but if I were closer, I would certainly plan to continue to see her for the remainder of my pregnancy, as I'm sure her work with me would help me to continue to feel great and be strong going into labor and birth. Last, the Inspire Chiropractic space is just great. In addition to being a bright and lovely kid-friendly space, they host lots of great activities for families and expecting moms, like birthing classes, etc. I wish I'd discovered them earlier in my pregnancy, I definitely would have taken advantage of the resources they offer!

Excellent service and a very personal approach! They really change up their adjustment styles based on your feedback and progress. I rarely wait in line, they are responsive to text messages and appointment changes and I can walk in without an appointment during regular hours. Their subscription plan works great, especially for a couple that are both going. Give them a try! I've gone to several other places and this is the most progressive, holistic option with the best service!

As a farmer and landscaper I have a lot of tasks around the homestead that can go wrong very quickly. Recently, just coming out of the chicken run I hit my head on the frame and jammed my neck vertebra. After stubbornly dealing with a stiff neck for over a month I went to see Dr. Joe. He took the necessary time to do a thorough evaluation before starting the adjustments. As a medical professional, I had always been opposed to chiropractic care. But as I approached the season of childbearing, chiropractic care kept re-emerging in the literature I devoured as a safe and helpful option in this season. I searched on the ICPA website for Webster-certified chiropractors in my area. I found that at Inspire Chiropractic, there were TWO Webster-certified practitioners. My first call to them, Dr. Becky answered the phone, and I trusted her immediately. Her passion for what she does and her compassion for people are obvious. I am so grateful for the monthly rates and family plans offered at Inspire Chiropractic. This allowed for complete and affordable care for my husband and me through the period of conception and then for me throughout my pregnancy. Drs. Joe and Becky were both consistently patient and helpful. In early second trimester, I was sick in bed for a solid week, and Dr. Becky even came to my house to adjust me. I firmly believe that the skilled care I received at Inspire helped me to have not only a healthy and satisfying pregnancy, but also the safe, beautiful homebirth I had prayed for. After trusting Drs. Joe and Becky Klein through my pregnancy, it came easy for my husband and me to trust them to adjust our newborn son. When our baby was three days old, they came to our home and he received his first chiropractic adjustment. (I was not scared of this since I had seen Dr. Joe adjust babies in their office. Adjustments to little ones are very gentle. There are no audible popping sounds, and it looks more like a gentle massage.) After baby’s first chiropractic adjustment, his nursing and sleeping both improved. We continue to take our son in for checks, but he does not always need an adjustment. My husband and I are very grateful that we understood the benefits of chiropractic care prior to the birth of our son. We believe that our whole family is benefiting and will continue to benefit by having well-adjusted spines. And we are grateful for the work Drs. Joe and Becky do to help us heal from the stresses that life puts on our bodies.

If you are looking for a chiropractor in the Chattanooga area, this is it ! My daughter was born, due to delivery complications, with a very big bump on her head. Nobody, including pediatrician and other chiropractor, could tell me what it was and how to treat it. I was in a big panic and was feeling very overwhelmed. Until I went to inspire chiropractic and met Dr Joe. Not only was he very kind and reassuring, which I so needed at that difficult time, but was also extremely knowledgeable. In only 2 sessions, my daughter's bump was completely gone. I took the 16 sessions plan for her suggested by Dr Joe and I could not be happier. I originally went to Inspire with shoulder pain. I had already been to physical therapy and it made my shoulder worse. The physical therapist suggested the problem might be a nerve, so I thought I'd try a chiropractor. I had never been to a chiropractor before and I was skeptical. I had the best pregnancy and delivery after seeing Dr. Becky Klein at Inspire Chiropractic. Several months into my pregnancy with my 3rd child, I started having bad hip pain. I tried various things at home but nothing worked for more than a few minutes. I found Inspire Chiropractic while I was lying in the floor trying to get comfortable with this horrible hip pain. I did not expect to get relief on the first treatment but I got IMMEDIATE relief after the first adjustment! I began going weekly to keep my hip in alignment and had a wonderful pregnancy! I was referred to Inspire Chiropractic through my CrossFit gym after I began having shoulder pain. Compared to other chiropractors I've been to in the past, Inspire is by far the best and has set the bar high for what I expect of chiropractic care. From the very beginning Dr. Rebecca Klein took the time to listen and to thoroughly explain what was going wrong with me, what chiropractic was all about, and how it would help. It's a slow process but looking back at where I was I am able to tell a huge difference in my posture and shoulder mobility and my shoulder pain is now gone. I'm now able to go to a workout with confidence in overhead movements. I've also seen improvements in my quality of sleep and immune system. I used to get sick at least four times a year and I haven't gotten sick once since getting adjusted. Drs. I first saw Dr. Becky to relieve serious pain related to my pregnancy- back, hips, and ligament pain called SPD. Frequent visits were the only thing that provided relief and made the third trimester manageable. Later, Charlotte at 9 mo, had a rough couple of months, battling a cold, then thrush, then Hand Foot Mouth... All of this started shortly after she was introduced to whole foods/baby food. At first she loved it, but then took time off because of the sickness and her change in tastebuds related to them. Now that sickness is under control, she is loving food. But, that has caused her digestive system some trouble. Mom noticed one day that she couldn't recall Charlotte having a bowel movement in at least 4 days. Mom tried increased probiotics, cut all foods except prunes, increased nursing around the clock, bicycle kicks, gentle tummy massage, magnesium rubs- ALL. THE. NATURAL. STUFF. Finally, after 7+ days with no dirty diapers, she was able to bring her into Inspire. within FOUR HOURS, Charlotte was relieved of her constipation, and had 5 poopy diapers over the course of the next 24 hours. To say that getting Charlotte adjusted was successful is a VAST understatement! Thank you Dr. Joe!!! (And Dr. Becky for taking care of Mommy!!!) -I should also add I drive over an hour just to be sure I'm seeing the best chiropractors around!!

I am a weightlifter and train seven sessions a week and without Joe and Becky’s care, I am not sure my performance would be where it is at. Under their care I have more restful sleep, more energy during the day, and am able to train at higher volumes and intensities year round.
