Started going to Leading Edge about two years ago for lower back pain. Dr. Seth has been amazing in helping my pain. He is good in getting my back adjusted and helping me with stretching exercises which I can do at home to keep my back loose during the week. Both Drs. Seth and Nicky are friendly and helpful. There have been a few occasions when you needed help and they were more than willing to get you in and get you the help you needed. They are good listeners. They take the time to get all the facts and they do not rush to get you in and out. They are concerned with your health and the way your body feels after you leave. I had been experiencing constant pain from a knot in my left shoulder for over 7 months which started leading to pain in my left arm and tingling in my fingers. I had been adjusted by a chiropractor a couple times who then told me there was nothing more that could be done for me. A co-worker of mine recommended Dr. Nicole to me and making my first appointment was the best thing I have done! After describing the issue to Dr. Nicole and the pain it was causing, she came up with a treatment plan for me and she has used a couple techniques I was not familiar with - the graston procedure and cupping - and they have been successful. I am nearing the end of the treatment plan and the knot is gone as well as the pain in my arm. This past weekend I called on a Saturday morning and left a message- slightly frantic as my son was experiencing some serious lower back pain from a Friday night basketball game and couldn't sit or stand without chronic pain. I received a personal call from Dr. Nicole who told me to bring him in. She not only worked on and relieved the pain from his lower back but worked on other areas she discovered that needed help. My son was all smiles and described Dr. Nicole as "having lots of energy." I agree. :-) The staff is also friendly. You are greeted by name when you walk in the door. I have loved my experience with Dr. Nicole/Leading Edge!

Our daughter who is almost 2 and has been struggling with balance with her bow legs, we started seeing Dr. Nikki and a matter of days our daughter started to jump and not be wobbly. Over the last few months we have had major sleep issues...waking every 30 minutes to 1.5 hours crying. We took our son to Dr. Nicole when he was six weeks old for fussiness, spitting up/reflux, general discomfort and very poor sleeping. Our son was very unhappy day and night (he needed constant swaddling, shhing and pacifing) After getting treatment from Dr. Nicole he is doing so much better! After assessing our son and asking a bunch of questions, she was able to identify and treat issues with our son's back/neck/hips and some inflammation in his digestive tract. She also recommended a probiotic that we feel helped as well with his reflux. We are now able to enjoy our baby so much more thanks to Dr. Nicole. She is a very gentle and confident provider. Would highly recommend!

Leading Edge Chiropractic is just fantastic! I had tried to get relief from back pain from two other chiropractors but none of their adjustments helped. I was in so much pain that I could hardly walk and my daughter's wedding was in a week. My friend at work recommended Dr Nicole at Leading Edge so I called in to make an appointment. Dr. Nicole actually answered the call and said that she couldn't get me in until the next week. She must have heard the disappointment (pain) in my voice because she hesitated and then said she would skip lunch if need be and see me. I was so impressed by her caring attitude..it is hard to find this kind of professional caring any more. Well I went in and Dr. Nicole took time to exam me, listened to what I had to say and we set up a plan of treatment. I had to go back a couple of times but I was able to walk upright down the aisle for my daughter's wedding and even danced a couple of times at the wedding. I will never go anywhere else!

We brought our 4 month old in just to see how he was doing. A couple of adjustments to his hips, back and neck made an enormous difference in our little guys life. He no longer spits up, at all! He also doesn't favor one side of his body but uses both sides equally! And this was all after only one adjustment! I recommend trying this place for your baby, it is gentle and they do not use manual adjustments. My little man smiled and squealed the whole time, so I knew he wasn't experiencing any kind of hurt or discomfort. They are trained here for babies and pregnancy and do continuing education so you know they are up to date and able to give the best care possible. They also really care about there patients. Had a pinched nerve in my neck back in December 2016. The nerve became un-pinched, but left me with several back knots and still in a lot of pain. After getting numerous massages and chiropractor visits, I decided to try acupuncture at Leading Edge. This was after I googled acupuncture in SF and saw the great reviews and stars. After a month an a half and about 6 visits, it is hard to find the knots that where once in my back and traps that caused the pain. Not only do they do acupuncture, but cupping and scrapping which also helped a ton. I highly recommend this place and will continue to go here as I am an active person and there will always be more.

I recently took my 11 month old to Dr. Nicole Roemen after numerious ear infections and a trip to the ENT where they suggested we do tubes. After reviewing the procedure and costs we decided to look into other options. After 6 visits our little mans ears are draining properly and he is as happy as ever. I fully and highly recommend Dr. Nicole Roemen and all the rest of the Leading Edge Care team. It is important to note, with a great deal of surprise, that my health insurance company recommended I see Dr. Roemen. After a devastating fall in 2011, I saw my doctor, a pain management doctor at Avera, a shoulder surgeon, and my neurologist for excruciating shoulder pain. I was consistently told that I had MS, that was the cause and that was the way it was. My first visit with Dr. Roemen was easy and she told me she could help me. She did. She relocated the shoulder and the pain relief was immediate and incredible. After two years of awful pain, I was able to move my arm again. She has done so much more than that for me. Through the use of acupuncture, she has helped decrease spasms that have locked up my body. She has decreased my leg pain. She has helped with my balance, coordination, and strength. After a recent fall (you fall a lot when you have MS), she put my hip back in place, helping to greatly increase my over all quality of life. I completely trust that she will have a way to help me every time I see her. The office staff is the most cordial you will meet in the medical profession. Plenty of parking right out front of the building. I have never waited longer than a day to a few days to get an appointment.

I've been meaning to give a review of my experience with Leading Edge for quite sometime! Here's the thing people.... This place is amazing. TRY IT!! I've had intermittent sciatic nerve pain since 2011. I tried EVERYTHING; Western Medicine, meds that could cause kidney failure (but they helped with the inflammation) praying to every deity known to modern and ancient man, I've slept sitting up, sideways.. I've hung inside down etc.. I finally tried a surefire combo of Chiropractic care and acupuncture and wa-lah I'm better!! LISTEN, I had no clue how much pain I was in until after I woke up one day WITHOUT it. This was after my 3rd treatment! If you have any pain that you think that you have to live with, think again... My youngest daughter has suffered with chronic constipation for her entire life. We have tried everything possible; gastroenterologists, hospital clean outs, every single medicine available, physical therapy, bio feedback.. Seriously everything! Except for acupuncture. We are so impressed and grateful for Dr. Nicole! My sweet little two month old baby was only kicking one leg, sleeping very poorly and spitting up a ton of milk. After just one visit with Nicole, Liam was kicking both legs and keeping down food. We continued to see her for a few weeks regularly to get Liam in tip top shape. Now Liam is 4 months old and sleeping 12 hours straight through the night, eating like a champ and kicking like crazy! We go once every few weeks or as needed to make sure we stay in alignment. I found Leading Edge through Google when I was having very severe Sciatica pain to the point I could not lay down or sit without extreme pain or go to work. for 3 days. I couldn't sleep for 3 days due the pain. I saw all the 5 star reviews on Leading Edge when searching for an acupuncture and chiro, and thought this is worth a shot. I am so glad people gave the 5 star reviews and that I went. Dr. Nicole is a life saver. From the minute I made my first appt, the process was easy and stress free. The receptionist was kind and I received compassion and great customer service. Dr. Nicole made a point to fit me in because of the urgency of my pain. After the first adjustment I felt a huge difference. With Sciatica it can be a process to get back to pain free but I honestly feel like Dr. Nicoles adjustments speed up the process and make a huge difference. I also am prone to Migraines and neck issues. She adjusted my neck and she has made the most difference in two adjustments of my neck then I ever got from other chiropractors in the last 10 years. Not only is she skilled in her craft and plan for healing but she is one of the kindest I have ever met in the medical field. They also do acupuncture, cupping and other treatments. I highly suggest you give them a try, I am so glad I did. I have only gone 3 times and just found out about them about a week ago but they have my full faith and trust which has never been something I have given anyone lightly. Highly recommend this place! Dr. Nicole is super friendly and truly cares about her patients. She will listen to exactly what your concerns/problems are and does her best to fix them. Answered prayers!!! My son has been dealing with hemi facial spasms for about a year. He had been to multiple doctors and hadn't found any relief..... until now. Struggling with Fertility? I was too. I was always told to try acupuncture but I was not a huge fan of needles. I finally decided to try acupuncture with Dr. Nicole and was not disappointed. Doctor Nikki is a miracle worker! When I started going to Leading Edge I was having at least three migraines a week. I have suffered with migraines for 20+ years but this was an especially bad stretch of headaches. Dr. Nikki took the time to talk with me about my headaches and asked questions that other Chiropractic Doctors hadn't ask me before. She discovered that 5 out of the 7 vertebrae in my neck were out of alignment. She put me on a treatment plan with regular adjustments and acupuncture until I could get the headaches under control. It was actually Dr. Nikki would suggested reducing the number of visits, which is not always the case with some clinics. Long story short, Dr. Nikki helped me get my life back! I still visit her about once a month and feel like a champ!

I have had lower back trouble for years, icing my back every night during the last year. At times, it was so painful that I could not get in and out of my car or bed without help! I had been to another local chiropractic office. I started with adjustments on my first day, and was never examined or told what my pain was from. After about 6 months without relief, I asked around and was referred to Dr. Nicole at Leading Edge. At my first appointment, she did a thorough examination, and then took the time to explain the source of my lower back pain. She told me it wasn't actually from my back, but my hips. Before my next appointment, I received a plan from Dr. Nicole as well as the goals she had for me. This is something I never received from my previous chiropractor. Within a month of weekly visits, I began to feel incredible relief. Dr. Nicole was the one to suggest I start coming less often, which is unusual! It was never her intention to keep me coming in, but to get me better and see me less. I no longer ice my back, and rarely feel pain in my lower back. Not only is Dr. Nicole professional and incredible at what she does, she is kind, friendly, and truly cares for her patients. Her office staff are the same way. I experienced headaches, lower back pain, shoulder pain and chest pain before coming to Leading Edge. All of that pain and soreness has diminished significantly.
