The team at HealthSource Chriropractic of Rapid City is far from subpar. This is hands down the best place to be. Everyone is friendly, the environment is nothing but joyful, and you really feel at home the moment you walk in. Tricare doesn’t cover chiropractors for military members so I had to seek help on my own. In 2016, I had a terrible snowboarding accident that led me to constant migraines every single day for the next two years. Over the summer, I frequently visit Dr. Bob and the HealthSource family to find a fix for my health. I can honestly say that because of my visits, I’m free of headaches, free of lumbar pain, and full of life. If you’re on the fence about a chiropractor, I suggest visit one. If you do, HealthSource is your only option!

In the summer of 2017 my family and I were rear-ended by a semi truck and we rolled more than once. After surviving one of the most tragic and horrific crashes ever in my life came the pain and nightmares. After trying to get back to my old self I couldn't bare the pain in my lower back so I went to physical therapy and it helped a lot. After physical therapy I was seeking out a chiropractor and I'm talking about someone who knows what they are doing. After a lot of calling around I finally found the one. Dr Bob McLintosh was the man who made me whole again along with the help of Lisa Christensen who strengthened my lower back and gave me pointers on proper form when exercising. The other staff member Kyle was there to help me with getting the appointments scheduled. My experience with healthsource has been fun and very detailed. If my friends or family were injured and had to pick a place to go and get it checked out I would recommend healthsource of Rapid City. Thank you Bob and keep up the great work. Before visiting I was having severe pain in my wrist, however after about three visits the pain was little to none! The exam was very thorough that they found my back was unaligned which was not addressed by other chiropractic or walk-in clinics. In addition, they also focus on physical therapy so the problem can be fixed and won't bother/affect you later in life. Lastly, everyone is super friendly and they take excellent care of you.

Anyone out there with pain definitely come see these guys! My carpal tunnel was so bad I couldn't get through my work day so I scheduled a surgery consult and my boss stopped me and said no go see health source first! I was very skeptical to go to a chiropractor for carpal tunnel but he found multiple things wrong with me causing my carpal tunnel to go haywire. In just two visits and thousands of dollars saved I was 100% better. I am one without insurance and they will only do what is necessary to help they will not take advantage of you and they become family!!

I had back pain for a few years starting in 2014. I was given medication and told to do yoga and stretches. One doctor tried to tell me anxiety was causing my back pain, so she prescribed me anti-depressants. If you know me, I'm one of the happiest people you'll meet so this conclusion baffled me. I though I would try anyways. For a week I took the medication and my whole body would go numb except for my back pain. I stopped taking it for a fear of getting addicted and obviously no results. Finally, I had another doctor put in a referral for an MRI on my back early this year and the conclusion that came from THAT was I had a spine that curved super far forward (I wont use the technical term) and my L5 (lower back vertebrate) was fused with my sacrum. Yikes, guess I had a lot going on after all. I started physical therapy and then just didn't feel like it was progressing me fast enough so I talked to my mom who has the same condition except much worse and she advised a chiropractor. I didn't think when I went into Healthsource that they were going to assess my situation and put me on a 3 month plan of rehab and traction(to straighten my spine) and expect this to be cured. I thought I was going in for pain management. Two months later 3 days a week and I no longer have inflammation in my back and my primary source of pain is my arse. What a pain in the butt, right? Not for this team. Bob, Lisa, Angie, Shivani, and Kyle have your best interest at heart. They like a challenge and want you to be happy and healthy. It's not just pumping medicine into your body, it's the whole mind, body and spirit concept that health care specialists try to preach. I say this because their attitude toward their patients is so loving and supportive that it challenges you and pushes you to be better not just because they want you to or because you're in pain but because you realize that you are happier and more confident. Try it out folks, you may not be disappointed. **Bobby McGee will see you now ;)**

Very knowledgeable staff. They give you an estimate, check with your insurance, and do a treatment plan to actually fix your problem or they can just do a one time adjustment if you prefer.
