Was having bad issues with my siatic nerve due to pregnancy and had a friend refer me to Sarah and she was WONDERFUL! I was terrified of going to a chiropractor because I have never been. She was super gentle and gave me relief, and got a free 15 minutes on their hydro-bed.

Staff was very friendly. Making an appointment in my time frame was easy. Even if my chiropractor was off they still made room for me. I also really like the waterbed message. I would recommend to anyone experiencing back issues to check them out!

I started having sciatic pain in March and couldn't sleep at night. Wanted to avoid surgery so decided to try chiropractic again after years without it. I had back surgery for a similar issue 20 years ago. Being an avid golfer I did not want to give up an entire golf season rehabing from surgery. Reviews on Dr. Unruh's site gave stories of helping people with similar problems to mine. I am now pain free and doing everything I did before. They have a very friendly cheerful staff and I looked forward to my visits. The disc was herniated and the relief took a few weeks. With the gentle stretching and strengthening treatments along with the specialized rehab on a Nautilus machine to strengthen my lower back muscles I avoided surgery and have been playing more and more holes of golf every day. Thanks Doc You saved my summer.

I would love to recommend Allen Unruh and his wonderful staff to the highest degree! They have all helped me for years in so many ways. I feel like I am going "home" when I go to their office....not at all like a typical medical office. Dr. Unruh is very knowledgeable from his many years of experience and success. This is a case where one star is too many. I don't generally write a review but we are so incredibly disappointed. My husband slipped on the ice and is in excruciating pain. As most men do, he waited a day to see if it got better (not being a fan of a doctor of any kind)...no such luck. So, he reached out to Unruh Chiropractic to schedule an appointment, explaining what had happened and why he needed to be seen. They were able to get him in at 8:45am, as close to right away in the morning as they could. When he got there, they had him fill out new patient paperwork, as expected. No problem there. He waited 20 minutes and then the lady at the front desk, Melissa, informed him that because he was a new patient they could not get him in. WHAT?????" SERIOUSLY??? He is there in excruciating pain and they made him leave!!!!? I'm speechless. Absolutely speechless. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere... so disappointing.

I've been to several chiropractors in the past but over the past 9 years I've just decided to "crack my own back" due to bad experience with my last one. Unfortunately a week ago I ended up with severe back pain not allowing me to walk or even crawl. The doctor I went to said it was a pulled muscle and gave me some muscle relaxers and told me if it gets worse just go to the ER. For two days I laid in bed with being able to only move 15ft to the bathroom using a cane(I'm 27 and very active). After the third day in a row laying in bed it wasn't seeming to get better, my wife decided I needed to go to a chiropractor. I've been told several times by different people how Unruh is great and I should go so she called them up. Within a hour they got me in and told me I had a buldged disk. I was afraid of the adjustment hurting but Unruh was very understanding and at the end of the visit I was able to walk out and go to work later that day. The adjustment didn't hurt at all and I had almost instant relief. After two days of following his instructions my pain is minimal and I'm able to continue my life. Today I went in for another adjustment and feel even better now. My overall experience is what I expected and more from all the good things I've heard about him. I wish I would of went in sooner but I guess now I have a sweet mat black cane to remember why I should of went to Unruh sooner.

From the care of the doctors, assisting staff, and the many kinds of therapy available to all patients, Unruh Chiropractic gives dedication to my specific needs. I'm so grateful for their expert contribution to my health. By the way, DON'T have carpal tunnel surgery! Dr. Unruh spared me from surgery years ago, and my hands remain numbness- and pain-free. If symptoms begin again, I use the exercises I learned from him. Normal use and feeling always return. Perhaps the greatest gift Drs. Unruh & Raak have given me is relief and actual healing from sciatica & similar low-back disk problems. I can't emphasize it enough - DON'T HAVE SURGERY!
