I have written a review before, and do not know where it went! Dr. Dale Friar is the BEST Chiropractor, in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will not go wrong, using him , as your Chiropractor. He is also schooled in nutrition, and supplements. He, also, performs dry needling. If you do not know what that is...Why don't you come into his office, and give it a try. One NFL player stated, "I could never go a week, without my dry needling!"

After seeing multiple doctors (including x-rays, ultrasounds etc.) to determine the cause of pain that affected my right arm and caused numbness in my fingers, a friend suggested Dr. Friar. He immediately found the source of my muscular-skeletal nerve pain. He suggested dry-needling since I had been so locked up for over a year. I was tentative, but eager to relive the pain. Dr. Friar explained complicated nuero-physiological material in an easy to understand way. He is an extremely knowledgeable doctor chiropractor with a very holistic approach for each individual. His treatment plan relieved the pain within weeks. He also suggested the Lipo B-12 Booster shots for my adrenal burn out, which have increased my energy, decreased my anxiety, decreased my chronic fatigue symptoms. Everyone who works at Sweetgrass is personable, polite, and take a genuine interest in your overall well-being. They are miracle workers !
