I've had a great experience at this office. I"m an anxious person and was made to feel comfortable quickly. The doctors are very knowledgeable calm and collected and friendly; attentive as well. When first referred there after and accident, i didn't know what to expect at all, the whole process was explained to me simply and with compassion. Any and all questions I had were answered well even though I had no idea if what I was asking seemed relevant. Ive been treated by every doctor there. They are all kind and professional. My treatment is going well and the assisting staff are very sweet and easy to talk to. A well assembled team and I highly recommend this office! :)

Dr. Macadam's chiropractic treatment has helped me immensely with healing an old neck/shoulder injury that has been aggravated a few times in recent years. The quality of care I receive is excellent - Dr. Macadam is friendly and professional, he explains the treatment plan and home-care instructions very clearly, he takes time to listen to any updates or questions I have, and I always leave the office feeling better physically than when I came in. I have been a patient of Thames Chiropratic for over 8 years. I was referred due to debilitating back pain from rupturing and herniating disks in my lower back. During this time I have received acupuncture along with a myriad of treatments at my weekly visits. I am not a surgical candidate and needed something to alleviate my ongoing pain and discomfort. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, your comfort is their utmost priority, the staff is prompt, courteous and professional. I started seeing Dr. Macadam when I was 8 months pregnant with my second child for chronic neck pain and lower back pain exacerbated by pregnancy. He and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating to my scheduling and physical needs through the end of my pregnancy and into my post partum recovery. I'm probably the patient with the fattest file at Thames Chiropractic - I've been a patient for about 25 years! I had been diagnosed with a 20% disability affecting specific neck vertebrae years ago. This occurred after being hit from behind in a vehicle I was riding in as a passenger. The orthopedic specialist diagnosed me as "not treatable" by him, as I was not a surgical candidate. I decided to try chiropractic, which, with therapeutic massage, yoga, and regular walking, has been the treatment that keeps me mobile and active. The support staff at Thames Chiropractic, under the watchful eye of Dr.'s Macadam, Meder, and Brunelle are unfailingly conscientious and compassionate, and each case is given individual attention. As a busy IT professional, AND a performing musician, I appreciate the flexibility they offer me to accommodate my erratic schedule. Office staff is unprofessional. I've heard several conversations arguing about not wanting to set up certain patients and bad mouthing them, talking badly about Dr. M, and watched them sit on their cell phones when doctors aren't around. Only a couple seem to know what they are doing when setting up therapy. I will definitely be finding another chiropractic office!

Dr. Macadam and his staff are great, they keep me active..highly reccomend! I've had my back, neck, knees and ankles treated...and happy to say I'm pain free! I play a lot of volleyball so I've always got a new injury or issue... appointments are easy to make, get and they stick to their schedule and don't make you wait in the waiting room...plenty of parking and easy on/off the highway... check it out If you have issues!

Dr Meder and Dr Macadam are absolutely wonderful. They have helped me greatly with back and neck pain caused from an auto accident 6 years ago. Between chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture, after a few hours of leaving the office, I start feeling so much better! (Sometimes it's right away!) If you've ever considered trying chiropractic or acupuncture, but you're not sure where to start, START HERE! Both Dr's are friendly, knowledgable, helpful and caring. When I was having some personal life changes, I hadn't been able to get to the office for a few months. Much to my surprise I got a handwritten letter from Dr. Meder wishing me well and hoping everything was going ok! Honestly, I've never seen anyone leave their office upset or seen anyone arguing in the office. Only smiling happy faces. That's a great sign of a good office. Give them a try. I have been going to Dr. Macadams for several years. He is an amazing Dr. he has helped me in so many ways. I have chronic back pain. I also have a torn rotator cuff and he has helped me manage that pain too. He will always find time to fit me in, whenever I need to be seen. If he happens to be on vacation his partners are wonderful also. His has very supportive staff that are kind and compassionate that help you in any way they can to make you feel comfortable. I have called at lunchtime and Dr. Macadams himself has answered the phone on more than one occasion, and he will make the appointment to see me. I have never in my life had that happen.
