I've had problems with my back for 20 years and have been driving a truck for 18 years. I have seen chiropractors over the road because I've been in so much pain and I can't wait to get home or biggest problem it's to late I've been from Gloucester to Springfield so I've have experience about with about 30 different chiropractors and Dr. Marceau is phenomenal he is by far the best Dr I have ever seen yet. He is very well fit u can tell he takes care of himself and does yoga which he claims is very good for you to keep all muscles lose and thats the key that no one understands he also teaches you stretches to help prevent the problems. He clearly knows and understand the muscles how they work, so those in need and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for help, he has helped me tremendously.

I’ve had back issues for years and have tried PT, yoga, other chiropractors and therapies, all with varying but limited success. In just a few weeks of regular treatments from Dr. Marceau I’ve had improvements in my range of motion that I didn’t know were possible. Even after the first adjustment I had obvious improvement in my posture and major relief from discomfort and stiffness. Dr. Marceau is professional, friendly, skilled, and simply a wealth of knowledge. He is very patient and takes time to answer my questions. The chiropractor basically told me that I was not worth his time because I asked if he would take me in as a walk in. He told me that if I Dont come often enough its not worth the paperwork. Shocking.

Dr. Marceau is a great doctor and has helped me with more than one problem area that I have. When I first met him I couldn't even lift my arms without the pins and needles now I can and all my other problem areas are feeling much better as well! I've been taught a good lesson also if your good to your body an keep it moving it will be good to you :)! He is also willing to help when you think you just can't wait until tomorrow an it's last minute if your a regular patient of his which is great!

Dr. Marceau did a great job. I went in after falling down the stairs and hurting my tail bone. I was having pain walking and siting. He was very understanding of my time limitations do to kids and was able to see me during a time that would work. Having never gone to a chiropractor before, I was amazed at how much better I felt. I hurt my shoulder about 8 months ago. I went to my PCP and Orthopedic surgeon, they couldn't help me. A very good friend of mine recommend Dr Marceau because she had good results from his treatment. I was apprehensive because I had a stroke in 1999 but Dr Marceau was aware of my stroke and he modified his treatments to not create a future problem. Since seeing Dr Marceau I am happy to report that the pain in my shoulder is not almost gone. I didn't know what to expect or even if Dr Marceau could help but I am glad I took the chance.

Have been a patient of Dr. George for a few years now, and have used Chiropractic care for over 20 years - feel very fortunate to be treated by someone that is effective, knowledgeable, and caring. I started seeing Dr. Marceau for a vertigo problem about 4 years ago because I am a heavy equipment operator and I was unable to do my job due to the dizziness. Within a couple of visits and treatment of cracking my neck the dizziness started to subside and I was able to go back and continue working. I had been to two other doctors before seeing Dr. Marceau. I also went to another after him because I didn't want to travel as far. All were good, but none have helped me as much as he has. I drive the 50mins to see him every two weeks. He's great at helping me with stretches to do at home as well as full body in-office adjustments. His appointment booking is EXTREMELY accommodating. I don't think I can go to anyone else. Dr. Marceau has even taken me for emergency appointments at his home office. Lifesaver! I Highly recommended Dr. Marceau.
