Dr Jeff and his staff are amazing!!!! We were patients before moving to TN 2 years ago and I am not ashamed to tell you that we begged for Dr Jeff to relocate his office to TN. Dr Jeff found issues that my primary care doctor and a neurologist dismissed. The convenience of having a massage therapist inside his office was a blessing! If you want relief from life pains with a holistic approach that works - make an appointment today. Dr Jeff looks at the entire person - not just the pain that you are feeling. Karen, the massage therapist, is a skilled injury and rehabilitation therapist. She helped alleviate neck and back pain associated with a car accident. Dr. Jeff immediately alleviated my headaches and nausea when he adjusted me. And the rest of the staff always made it a pleasant experience to visit. Talk about a good experience! Dr Jeff explains what he is doing and educates you as to therapy. He doesn't just want to treat you but also heal you. He explains how everything is connected which explains a lot of the symptoms and addresses the real issues and explains a plan to help recover.

I have been suffering with knee pain for nearly 2 years. My body was conpensating for it and I started to feel pain in my hip and back as well. I feared going to an orthopedic, I believed they would suggest surgery. I had been to 2 other chiropractors during the 2 years. Every visit was the same 10 minutes TENS machine and a quick adjustment. I never felt any relief. I felt I was just becoming a weekly Co-Pay and stopped going. I was left to just deal with the pain and discomfort. Being in my 40's and having a career that demands a lot from my body, I did a lot of research online and came across Four Winds Chiro and Dr. Jeff. I decided to give a chiropractor one last shot, before going to ortho. Wow! am I glad I did. After my first visit I already left the office feeling so much better. I could not even believe it. I've been going twice a week for 3 weeks now and absolutely no pain in my knee, hip or back. I am blown away at how this doctor took the time to listen to me and actually got my body back into alignment. I know a lot of people feel some of these reviews are bull. Please do yourself a favor and go see Jeff. I recommend him to all my friends and family, as a matter fact 2 co-workers are now going to see him.
