I was in horrible pain and called asking if they would see me. They agreed so I left work early to go but they did not inform me that there were two 511 broadways in Pawtucket and Providence. So of course I go to Pawtucket and when I can't find it I call and they say I am too late they cannot see me, even though it was 4:20 and they close at 5. I was in such horrible pain and for her to be so cold and rude and not stay 10 extra minutes for me to race there is unforgivable, especially when there was 40min left on her work schedule.

Although my insurance wasn't accepted, the cost was extremely affordable ($35) for such a thorough and effective treatment. The staff was kind and I can't wait to come back. LOVE THIS PLACE! This is actually THE ONLY chiropractor who will schedule only necessary number of visits!!! She is VERY EFFICIENT, and will tell you the way things are and will treat it promptly. I had a lapse in my health insurance but started having intolerable back pain due to pregnancy and needed help desperately. I was also having a issue with my baby being breech. My doula, Rachelle Friesen, recommended Dr Westrick and I am so glad she did! The things I like about seeing Dr Westrick: - the young lady who answers the phone is very pleasant and helpful. She was able to get me an appointment quickly. When I needed a copy of a bill she had it in my email box in less than10 minutes! - I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. In fact usually I walk right in without any wait. - after my first treatment with Dr Westrick my back felt better immediately! I originally needed a brace to function but haven't used it since going to Eastside Chiropractic Center. The only time the pain started to come back was when I missed one of my weekly sessions over the holidays. - My breech baby turned. And my pelvic pain became more manageable. - Dr Westrick is very lovely and caring. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I've had a positive experience. I am very grateful. - lastly, her rates for cash paying patients are very reasonable which makes chiropractic care more accessible to all.
