I would toss and turn all night ... no position was comfortable. I couldn't walk for long distances. I was in pain constantly, even sitting down. I had to pull myself up stairs. I was taking double doses of Advil at a time and was still in pain. I was miserable. My first visit was eye opening. I saw why I was in pain and I had a plan going forward. Just started going here, and everyone is so kind and fun. Dr. Jennifer Swiatowicz is one of the most genuine, and caring health practitioners I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She LISTENS, is genuinely INTERESTED in what you have to say, and SUPER fun and down to earth. In one adjustment I noticed a HUGE change in my frozen shoulder (that doctors said would take YEARS to correct on its own, and never did) and seems to have reduced the rate of PVC's I have, not to mention fix things I never realised were so messed up and improving my life in such a short time. Over time, things stop working right, and we all just do the same thing, "Deal with it". Well, you don't HAVE TO, get fixed instead! If you do any time doing your own research, you should already know, Chiropractic care is not JUST for bad backs. It can address so many problems, such as GERD, Hiatal hernias, anxiety and depression! If your spine isn't healthy, the rest of your body won't be either. I don't do reviews unless I stand by them, and Dr. Jennifer Swiatowicz is the real deal, I can't imagine my life without her now, and the staff here is AMAZING. If Google allowed me to give TEN stars, I'd give it 100.

I couldn't turn my neck all the way left or right, lower back pain which resulted in little or no activity following a round of golf. Demonstrated and re-inforced the value of a holistic approach with a combination of chiropractic (thanks guys) which keeps me in alignment, regular exercise (which strengthens my core), remaining active (good advice for all of us baby boomers) and food selection. This is a great office, the staff is incredibly friendly.I have been seeing Dr. Carnaroli for about 8 months after finally realizing that I am too young to be having the kind of neck pain I was suffering with on a daily basis, I was waking up daily with neck stiffness, very tight tense muscles. After nine weeks of care with her and now maintence care every few weeks and routine deep tissue massages with the therapist upstairs in their office, I feel better than I ever can remember feeling. Just last week I suffered a nasty fall and my neck completely stiffened up, intense shooting pains and zero mobility. When I called the office they saw me right away. After three visits and only a week later I'm back to feeling like myself and the pain is gone. I highly recommend this office to those who want a non invasive way to treat the root of their pain. Dr Carnaroli is so good at what she does.

Had a major slip and fall on ice with a severe neck injury. Suffered for quite some time going to a neurologist and getting no result. I had a friend who mentioned chiropractic care and I figured I would try anything that would make be feel better....well this was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I have been going weekly in order to get my vertebra back in alignment, and now I only go as maintenance when I feel I need to correct something I've over done to myself in the yard or around the house. I feel better than I have felt in a long time...so much so I am swinging a golf club again. Seven years ago, my husband and I were in bad shape. Paul has severe back and leg pain due to an injury from being in the service. And I have back pain and foot problems, some genetic, while the rest is work related due to us both being chef's. We basically crawled in for a consult with Dr. Carnaroli, and started our adjustments 3 times per week. We have been coming in for adjustments ever since. Now we are on maintenance and get adjusted once per month. We are now able to do the "normal" every day things, like take walks, drive for long distances, yard work, etc... Thanks to Dr. Carnaroli and the Chiropractic Center of Norwich, we are feeling 100% better, and only need an additional adjustment every once in a while if we fall or twist the wrong way. I came here after dealing with sciatic pain for 4 months with no relief and in less than 3 weeks I was feeling the best I had in that time! The entire staff is warm, friendly and supportive. I've had chiropractic care in the past and while I liked my doctor then very much, he didn't explain what was going on with my issues the way Dr. Carnaroli has. Absolutely amazing place to be!

I came in to the office with a ton of pain from a displaced rib. After reviewing my X-rays, we discovered other underlying issues causing the ribs to displace. Although I am not done with my therapy, I already notice a huge improvement. I used to have headaches every day and they are gone. I had limited mobility (Which is not normal at my age) and I am already noticing improvement half at the half way mark. I came several years ago and only did a temporary fix, which helped me at the time. However, since I never corrected the problem, it continued to exist. I highly recommend if anyone is going to start therapy, do whatever program they recommend for your specific case!! It will be well worth your time!! I would recommend them to anyone! I am happy I decided to return!

I just want to share that I have along history of chiropractic care and have experienced a few chiropractic practices. This practice is professional. I like that the doctor will take a X-ray upon intake and explains to the patient what is causing pain. There is a plan of action and a time frame for treatment. They are up front about what they can offer and the prognosis. At the end of treatment, they take another X-ray. I am looking forward to that! Like many reviews,I like that I can get my adjustment and be out of the office within 15-20 minutes.

I have been seeing Dr. Swiatowicz for two years now. She is amazing. She also treats my five year old. She is so good with kids! My daughter used to dread going to the chiropractor but she loves seeing Dr. S. She is always open to hearing what I need and is so good at what she does. She always checks in with me to see how things are going and knows my needs. I've been to many chiropractors but she is the best! The staff here are great and work so efficiently. They are always easy to reschedule with or help me find times so my daughter and I can come together. Love it here.

Lower back issues had prevented me from normal movement. I'm able to live a normal life with minimal to no lower back pain. Regular maintenance visits (every three weeks) help to keep my lower back more fluid and less stiff. The staff is always very professional and friendly. Anyone with back problems can truly appreciate the results of a maintenance routine that allows you to forget that your back hurt in the first place.
